Sanayi Tic. Ltd. Şti.’nin ikinci ve global markası olarak, 2010 yılından itiba-ren yurt dışı fuarlarında kendini gös-termeye başlamıştır. Sadece geçen 6 yıl zarfında, kalitesini ispat etmiş ve ana ve alternatif tedarikçi olarak sek-töründe sağlam yer edinmiştir.

Firmamız başlıca; otomotiv, tica-ri araç, tarım ve inşaat makineleri, filtreleme ve sulama sistemleri, de-nizcilik, havacılık, ağır iş makineleri ve birçok sektöre hizmet vermekte-dir. Ürünlerimiz; egzoz ve emisyon sistemlerinden turbo, intercooler, hortum ve boru bağlantılarına kadar geniş bir yelpazede kullanılmaktadır.

Firmamız, üretim için gerekli olan tüm tasarım, kalıp ve ekipmanları kendi bünyesinde çözmektedir.

Ürünlerimizin %70’inden fazlası, 30’dan fazla ülkeye ihraç edilmekte-dir.

Ideal Auto Ltd is a manufacturer of engineered fastening solutions for commercial vehicles, automotive, construction, filtration, irrigation, marine, aerospace, material hand-ling, off-road and water treatment industries since 1990.

In 2010, our second brand OEM Clamps was established and got a place in global market majorly auto-motive industry in a short period of time.

Our products have large usage are-as wherever exhaust and emission systems, turbochargers, pipe con-nections, rubber hoses, plastic tu-bing, solid objects or other flanged joints must be fastened, joined or securely connected.

Our company has adopted the con-tinuous new product development and innovations as its principle and as a manufacturer paying attenti-on to the engineering and technical facts of the product, the design and production of all necessary moldings and equipments is made by its ex-perienced staff and modern mould production machines within its own structure.

Die Firma OEM Kelepçe hat als zweite und globale Marke der İdeal Otomotiv İnşaat Kelepçe Sanayi Tic. Ltd. Şti. 2010 begonnen, auf ausländischen Messen sich zu präsentieren.

Allein in den letzten 6 Jahren hat das Unternehmen seine Qualität bestätigt und als Haupt- oder alternativer Anbi-eter seinen Platz in den Listen der Au-tomobilhersteller behalten.

Unser Unternehmen bedient vor al-lem Automobil, Nutzfahrzeuge, Land- und Baumaschinen, Filtration und Bewässerungssysteme, Marine, Luft-fahrt, schwere Maschinen und vielen andere Branchen.

Unsere Produkte werden bei Emissi-onen- und Abgassystemen in einem weiten Bereich vom Turbo, Ladeluft-kühler bis hin zu Schlauch und Rohr-verbindungen verwendet.

Tecrübeli teknik kadrosuyla üretim hatları, kalıplar, montaj aparatları ve test sis-temlerinin dizayn ve üretimini kendi bünyesinde gerçekleştirmektedir.

Kullanım noktalarına uygun özel çözümler üreten OEM, müşteri beklentilerine en hızlı şekilde cevap vermektedir.

OEM, sektördeki gelişmeleri yakından takip edip sürekli yeni ürün geliştirmektedir.

OEM kelepçe tasarımdan ürün teslimatına kadarki tüm süreçlerde müşteri talep-lerine uygun, hızlı ve kaliteli üretim anlayışıyla hareket etmektedir. Konusunda uz-man üretim kadrosu ve yeterli donanıma sahip üretim hattıyla; sıfır hata ve sürekli iyileştirme prensibiyle çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir. OEM, üretimde kullandığı tüm hammaddeleri sektöründe lider firmalardan tedarik etmektedir. Her ham-madde belirlenen spektlere göre kontrol edilirek üretim hattına girer.

OEM Clamps carry out the design and development of production lines, the mo-ulds, assembling apparatus, test systems and the gauges within our constitution with experienced technical staff. OEM Clamps provides customized solutions for application areas. OEM works in close cooperation with customers for projects. OEM closely follows up the clamping sector and develops new products.

OEM Clamps serves to the industry in order to meet the customer demands from begining of the R&D to the product delivery as a principle. Continuous improve-ment and zero-defect policy applies in each production process with modern pro-duction line and experienced production team. OEM uses specifically manufactu-red raw materials for products, all raw materials supplied by globally-known firms.

All stages of production specify according to ISO/TS standarts. All tests and control maintenance apllies by our experienced Quality department staff. Our produc-tion and service policy is adopted to follow up the world standarts in clamping industry.

OEM verwendet zur Produktion ausschließlich Rohstoffe die es von führenden Unternehmen der Branche geliefert bekommt. Jeder Rohstoff wird im angegebenen Spektrum kontrolliert und tritt dann in die Produktionslinie.
