at the start of 2002, Winning Shipping established operations in Hong Kong with the aim of providing maritime logistical services for the growing Chinese non-ferrous metal market. Our initial logistics service consisted of ferrying raw materials for alumina production enterprises.

By 2006, we have relocated our headquarters to the transportation hub of Singapore to further drive growth in the South East asian region. This geographical shift gave us the opportunity to strengthen relationships with our partners based in Indonesia and generate new avenues of cooperation. The proximity advantage also boosted our ability to overcome logistical bottlenecks via customizing operation processes whilst continuing to provide a cost effective integrated logistics solution to our customers.

The success of our corporate strategy led to the formal incorporation of the Winning International Group in 2010. as part of this transformation process, we have expanded our core business areas to include ship chartering, transshipment services, fleet ownership, fleet management, resource development and trade services.

We are committed to the provision of the end-to-end supply chain solutions for your manufacturing industries of tomorrow, today.

氧化铝生产企业进口资源提供海运物流服务。

2006年韦立航运移师新加坡，更加贴近印度尼西亚矿山企业，为

中国与印度尼西亚企业搭建联系，解决海运瓶颈，提供综合物流

方案。

2010年韦立国际集团在新加坡正式成立，整合韦立航运租船、船

东、船舶管理、资源开发、贸易服务等核心业务，形成一家综合

性的航运集团，致力于为中国企业开拓市场、资源进口、贸易运

输、提供整体物流解决方案。

We were able to introduce new modes of operation via our offshore floating platforms and shipment size customization to overcome logistical bottlenecks in the more remote areas of the Indonesian archipelago.

THE MAIN SCOPE OF BUSINESS 主要业务范围

Our core business areas are entrenched upon the provision of end-to-end integrated supply chain solutions. These include ship charters, fleet management, lightering operations and land transportation. We are experienced in the pragmatic setup and management of supply chain from mines to the industries’ doorstep by the adaptation of new technologies to tackle challenging operating conditions.

Winning offshore transferring platforms and traditional floating cranes stand ready to provide our customers with the capability to transfer cargo from barge to oceanic carrier without the traditional infrastructure of a port. We are able to support your logistics chain even at geographically challenging locations such as shallow coastal waters or a shortage of berths at overcrowded terminals.

With a daily conservative loading rate of 40,000 tons from our Floating Coal Terminals, you have the flexibility to adjust the scale of your operation to be in-line with the economic conditions.

Our staff will tailor the necessary solution to satisfy your requirements. We understand with every unique operating environment comes the need for customized approach to tackle these issues. as part of our efforts to address our clients’ needs, we have designed and build the following machinery.

Our newest offshore lightering platform, the Floating Coal Terminal (FCT) is in operation. at 4,000 tons per hour efficiency, the new design is able to operate under adverse sea conditions. Other functions include self-trimming, customized blending of cargo and sampling options and a flow tube for wet goods.

We are operating Indonesia’s first traditional floating loading system to resolve our customers’ logistical bottlenecks in bauxite operations. This new mode of operation has expanded our capability to reliably deliver bauxite in a more efficient and cost effective manner to our customers.

We are designing a better second-generation Floating Coal Terminal. This will include new capabilities such as maneuverability, storage and fast scale blending.

We have also finalized the design for a new lightering ship fitted with a loading crane to further improve our loading efficiency in the coming years.
