One night, Jesus told an old man named Nicodemus, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (John 3:3)

Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be

born when he is old?” (John 3:4)

The Death, Burial and Resurrection of Jesus enable each of us to have a new life

Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

-- Romans 6:3-4

“...our old man was crucified with Him…” Romans 6:6

If we have been born again, let us commit

ourselves completely to our new life in Christ.

“Put off…the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in

the spirit of your mind, and… put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.” -- Ephesians 4:22-24
