How we do it

Our team is made by 50 engineer specialized in connectorit is organized in 3 different teams:• Product design• Tooling design• Assembly tooling and machine design

We are always looking for new solution, pushing for new development, that is how weobtain more than 64  technical patents and 7 invention patents.

Workshop

Our injection department is working using35 sets of injection machine from 50~140 Ton.All machine are equiped with camera controlvisual system to detect immediately anyproblem during the mouding phase

Stamping department is using high speed pressesof different tonnelage to ensure the right contatc shape.

31 set of dedicated square wire cutting machine allowthe square pins to be cutted at the exact and different length needed.

Nowadays more than 80% of our assembrly processis made using in‐house made automatic assembly machineto allow us to ensure quality, cost effectiveness and fast delivery.

All our assmbly departments are equipped with packingmachine whit camera final inspection system to guaranteethe product specification fullfillment.

Thanks to our quality (IATF16949) and our technical know how, we are long time supplier for the automotive market.

Our ability to customize 1,5x0,8mm tab header connectorand our new 74040 serie are the good solution for the engine compartment application.

While our long time expertise on 0.64mm side square pin using insertion and overmoulding technology is the irghtsolution for in cockpit application, such as instrumentation, Airconditioning, window lifter and windscreen wiper
