Walt Disney’s history

Walt Disney was initiated in In 1923 in California, by person called Walter Elias Disney.

Walt Disney was an American entrepreneur, who was born in December 15, 1901, and was also known as a voice actor and cartoonist (Wikipedia, Walt Disney, 2015).

The initial name for the company was ‘Disney brothers cartoon studio’ .

Some of Disney’s Famous Characters

Walter Elias Disney came up with an idea of creating a small character from his imagination of a little girl named Alice.

One of the most popular and well-known animation characters are Mickey Mouse and his partners who are Donald Duck, Pluto and Goofy, and they came to existence in 1928.

Conclusion

In 1966, Disney passed away from a lung cancer, due to the fact that he was a “chain smoker” .

The company’s final productions in the presence of Disney were the jungle book, Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery day, and the happiest millionaire.
