Reduction of Scanning time • Decrease Scanning Area  → (16cm2 /16plate → 6.2cm2/14plate)• Omit Surface recognition of start of Scanning   → already process in SUTS-03. data

quality is good.  → Scanning time is reduced 30%.• Both direction Scan  → scanning time will be ½.  → from now (Nakano-san)
