Es en 1790 cuando el yute se instala

para siempre en los campos de Cervera del Río

Alhama, La Rioja. Desde ese m

omento, se encuentra

utilidad a esta planta para la fabricación arte

sana de

alpargatas.

Generación tras generación de cerveranos acarician el yute con sus

manos, hasta llegar a tener u

n total conocimiento de este calzado.

En los años 70 las alpargatas pasan de ser un calzado humilde a ser

un calzado especial y capaz de absorber to

do tipo de diseños, m

odas y

tendencias.

Vidorreta nace en esta cuna del calzado y a partir

de ahí no deja de

crecer y madurar.

A día de hoy, seguimos hilando esta larga historia, con los hilos y las

gentes de siempre, pero también con los de la innovación y el diseño.

Nuestros materiales naturales nos ofre

suela cuenta con propiedades saludables como el aislamiento,

baja conductividad térmica y características antiestáticas.

Gracias a ello, las alpargatas de yute ayudan a la tra

nspiración, y

se adaptan a la planta del pie.

Elaboramos la comodidad puntada a puntada, con la vista

puesta en un futuro verde, que también es el tuyo.
