Langfang VBA Mechanical Co. Ltd., a joint venture company

established in 2006 with Chinese and Italian capitals, is a manufacturer of monolithic insulating joints, to be fitted on pressurized systems and pipelines carrying gases, oil, hydrocarbons, water, stream, corrosive fluids, etc. Insulating joints can be made with different materials, for example carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and other alloys, more than 80% products are exported abroad. We have modern testing equipments and means for quality control.

During the last thirty years, studies in the field have confirmed the better effectiveness of monolithic insulating joints in preventing corrosion of buried pipelines than the other products; this is reflected by their adoption on all world’s markets, and their general use in the design of system and gas pipelines by the world’s leading engineering companies.

Italian Nuovagiungas s.r.l., the partner of the joint venture company, is the world’s sole corporation in researching, designing, testing /inspecting and manufacturing monolithic insulating joints at present. It is the biggest manufacturer of insulating joints for cathodic protection in the world, supplying more than 70% of the world market. Since 1984 when their products entered Chinese market, it supplied domestic large-scale projects, such as West-East Gas Pipeline project, Yingmaili Gas Field project, Lan-cheng-Yu Production Oil Pipeline, Sichuan Gas to East pipeline Project, Daqing Oil Field, City Gas systems, etc and the projects contracted with China Petroleum in Libya, Sudan, Kazakhstan with high-quality products and service.

VBA uses 26 patents of Italian Nuovagiungas, such as “U-shaped sealing structure system”, and imported a lot of advance equipments from Italy. Italian Nuovagiungas supplies main components of the insulating joints. So VBA’s products are always in the leading position in the world. VBA is focusing on the quality management in the production of the insulating joints, the quality pass rate is required to be 100%, and the ISO 9001 Quality Management System has guaranteed the quality reliability in the entire use.



VBA uses the production arts and crafts of Nuovagiungas, so we can make it a shorter time delivery from order, design, test/inspection, production, to delivery. The company is located along the Beijing-Tianjin express way - Langfang Developing Zone, which makes it easy to use land, sea, and air transportation, to provide the quick delivery of theproducts.
