INNOVATIONThe PINKconcussions Retreat is 3 day customized retreat

developed at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in

Stockbridge, MA. 501c3 non-profits

•for women with Post Concussion Syndrome PCS and TBI.

•a gentle, loving gathering for women to connect, de- stress,

and gain education and tools to aid in their recovery.

WHAT IT ISNOT a transformational workshop for deep therapeutic

insight

This retreat is an opportunity for women to gain

•Education female brain injury research

•Self-regulation and skillful-living tools

•Friendships and community

•Greater personal well-being

•Capacity to share these tools in service to others

ACCESSABLE YOGA

The wisdom and practice of yoga will be offered in a

scientifically significant, positive effect on their mood, stress,

mindfulness, and empowerment The evidence-based

curriculum and teaching framework developed by the Kripalu

Institute for Extraordinary Living (KIEL).
