The DesignatedOperator to pay royalties directly to ths persons identified in Exhibit EE annexed hereto and theannexed Table, further, specifies how said royalties are to be divided and paidb. Rondal & Freda Wade and VDOT are the gas daimants ln Tract 3B, 3D, 8 3E As such, isentitled to 100'Yo of the CBM royaNiss now in escrow and as may be hereafter payable. That CNX Gas Company LLC has given the notics(s) required by g 45.1-361.22:2.Ato allconflicting claimants identified in the above referenced pooling Order and any supplementalOrders pertaining thereto.d.
