EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

1. Candidate should wait ou tside the examinati on hal l fi fteen (15) minutes before the start of the examination.

2. Enter the hall in an orderly manner when told to do so.

3. Candidate who comes late thirty (30) minutes after the examination begins will not be permitted to en ter the examination hal l.

4. Please bring the i dentification card, student card, examination entry sli p and stationery.

5. The students are not allowed to bring any prohibited i tems in the examination hal l.

6. After taking the allocated seat, the student must :

- Fill in and sign the H Form;

- Place the form at the top right of the desk;

- Read the instructions on the front page of the questions sheet;

- Make sure you received the correct question paper;

7. Raise your hand and inform an invig ilator imm ediatel y if you were given wrong examination paper.

8. Write your matriculation/registration number on each book / answer sheet.

9. Do not write your name i n the book / answer sheet.

10. Do not l eave the hal l thirty (30) minutes after the examination begi ns and fifteen (15) minutes before the examination ends.

11. Do not speak in the hall . You may raise your hand if you require anything from the i nvigil ator..

12. When time ends, you must:

- Stop writi ng;

- Ti e up all answer books / sheets;

- Take the examination card, student card and identity card;

- Leave all the materials suppli ed;

- Place the answer books / sheets on the desk;

- Exit the hall in an orderly manner.

13. Do not tear any paper from the book / answer sheet.

14. All reference books and any paper provided, are not allowedto be taken out from the Examination Hall .

15. Al l books / answer sheets shoul d be ti ed up.

16. Disciplinary action will be imposed for any candidate who:

- Fails to comply with the above rules

- Interrupts the examination

- Does not follow the instruction from the inv igilator

17. Any candidate who cheats in the examination or allows others to cheat will be subjected to disciplinary actions.
