Starting up businessesUrratsbat Programme is based on four essential elements:
The entrepreneur, the person who leads the implantation of the business idea.
The teacher-coordinator, the person who guides and accompanies the student during the entrepreneurial process.
The VET centre, the context in which the entrepreneurial activities are promoted and developed.
Coordination of the Urratsbat, This work is carried out by the Centre for Innovation in Professional Training (original acronym: TKNIKA) and consists of promoting and providing professional support on the network

Creation of businesses at VET centres
Professional Training includes the development of the entrepreneurial spirit and the creation of business as a vital strategy for the future of a society that is committed, competitive and entrepreneurial.
We look to collaborate on the development of a country characterised by the promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit and the creation of business through an area that promotes a business culture, creativity and innovation.

Phase 1 – AwarenessBriefings - Lectures
Objective Dissemination, information, awareness and motivation of entrepreneurial culture, promoting self-employment among students of vocational training centres as a real way for employment.
Receivers Those students that in the awareness lecture show their interest in exploring the topic

What for? Study on pre-feasibility of their own business ideas, a previous step towards the development of the Business Plan and the implementation of the Company.

M.A.E. - Metodología de Acompañamiento al Emprendedor
Un programa para el desarrollo competencial de los dinamizadores del Programa Urratsbat 44 H.
Así, los objetivos a los que el programa responde son:
• Ofrecer, al profesor-dinamizador, una metodología avanzada para el acompañamiento eficaz de la persona emprendedora.
• Profundizar en las técnicas y herramientas necesarias en cada una de las fases del proceso de acompañamiento.
• Identificar las claves relacionales del proceso de acompañamiento, tanto desde el punto de vista de la persona emprendedora, como de la del profesor-dinamizador.
• Elaborar el “mapa de apoyos externos” del profesor-dinamizador.

In addition to quantitative indicators, all coordination meetings with both teachers and students are evaluated. During the course, two reports on the annual plan are elaborated. An intermediate one and another one at the end of the course. Areas for improvement are registered in the reports. As result of all this, several improvements have been proposed for this course.
