正在 – one action in progress

正在 zhèng zài (P127)呢 to indicate continuation of an action

正在 + Verb + 呢 (most emphasis)正在 + Verb正 + Verb + 呢在 + Verb + 呢在 + Verb Verb + 呢 (least emphasis)

正在……呢正 : right/just in the middle of an action没有： no, negating verbs, not used with 是Positive ： 她正在洗澡 xǐ zǎo 呢。

She is taking a shower right now.

Negative ：她没（有）在洗澡，她在吃饭呢。She is not taking a shower. She is

eating.

Question ：她 ( 正 ) 在洗澡 ( 呢 ) 吗？ 她是不是 ( 正 ) 在洗澡？ 她 ( 正 ) 在洗澡，是不是？
