1. International contracting is a challenging business. Why?

International contracting is a challenging business. It is necessary for contractors to attend more international seminars and to make investigations on the construction markets both at home and abroad. How can a contractor choose a right country to enter? First, he should try to get the project information as much as possible. The political stability, economical situation, foreign exchange policy and public security of a country exert great influence on its construction market. It is not wise to enter the market of a country in political turmoil.

In most countries in Europe, investing is under favorable circumstances and the projects are well financed. As long as enough financial support is obtained, the projects in Africa are usually executed smoothly, with the exception of the African countries will be extensively increased in the near future.
