3 Dorsofleksi dicapai dengan menggunakan terutama tibialis anterior, tetapi disertai dengan pinggul dan / atau fleksi lutut
4 Dorsofleksi selektif Isolated dicapai melalui rentang tersedia, menggunakan keseimbangan aktivitas tibialis anterior tanpa pinggul dan lutut fleksi

rumah terbatas
Level 5 Sangat terbatas memenuhi kebutuhan
diri sendiri karena gerak terbatas
sehingga perlu alat bantu tehnologi.
