1. Peel the potatoes and shred them.
Ostrúhajte zemiaky a nastrúhajte ich.
2. Mix them with the flour and if needed add some water to make batter.
Zmiešajte ich s múkou a ak je potrebné pridajte trochu vody a vypracujte cesto.
3. Season with some salt.Osoľte.
4. Make little dumplings with a fork and boil them in some water for about 3 minutes.
Vidličkou robte halušky, ktoré varte vo vode asi 3 minúty.
5. Pour out the water. Sceďte halušky.
6. Fry the bacon in a frying pan.
Opražte slaninu na panvici.
7. Combine the dumplings with the fat from bacon and sauerkraut.
Zmiešajte halušky s masťou zo slaniny.
8. Season with salt and serve with fried bacon.
Ochuťte soľou a podávajte s opraženou slaninou.
