Because as fresh graduate I had a little experience in oil and gas company which was rarely gotten by another

candidate. With high respectful and humbleness, I had an opportunity to supervise a piping construction team

and scheduling the details project working. Both of my responsibilities had taught me to build a good team work

in order to reach the target efficiently. In my opinion, working at oil and gas upstream section related to high

risk and closed to loss of investation. So that's way, beside a good management of working environment, oil and

opinion for my future job in Total E&P Indonesie, I just need to be appreciated not only hired by Total E&P Indonesie

response to be solved. I was usual to work in these condition. By high motivation and my ability as fast learner,

I am sure I met your qualification. I will do my best and try to prove that your choice to me was not wrong.

I have planned to work at oil and gas upstream section for my future. I written down all my dreams at my dreaming

book. I will learn and work harder to reach my dream. Joining an amazing team to help others for providing

energy demands was holyness duty for person who understand about the energy needed. My experience worked

at one of oil and gas company proved that high responsibility and strong motivation based on awareness to others

absolutely needed. I have arranged my dream on a dreaming book and placed being Drilling Supervisor as top

chart dream in five years to come. Beside that, I have broken down my plan into specific activity which must had

to do. The first thing that I must to do, increasing my supporting ability such as communication skill, learning deeply

join with one of the biggest energy suppliers in the world. It was an honor to work together with professional worker

supporting by professional management to provide condusive working environment. The strongest motivation

for me by joining Total E&P Indonesie was become professional worker. As we know, a high appreciation of Total

E&P Indonesie to all worker personally and awareness to energy demands conducted by Total E&P Indonesie

has lead Total E&P Indonesie to become foremost provider energy in Indonesia. So that's way, I have a simple

drilling process both onshore and offshore clearly. By joining Drilling Supervisory Training will make my dream

come true and realize all my dream in truly working environment.

Actually, we had to make a decision for getting a new pressure vessel with lower pressure then the old one. If we

did the new procurement process, it needed more time for these process. But, if my construction team fabricated

by ourselves, we would have any problems related to procedures from MIGAS. So, we faced a problem related to

decide fabricated by ourselves or doing a new procurement process. In this case, my Project Manager and

Project Engineer had an off duty. Also, I received a letter of delegation from Construction Manager to be a

decision maker during his regular leave program. Meanwhile, the piping construction working was postponed for

a few days during receiving material period. In other side, management team at field pushed me to plan other

construction working

I did several step to decide it as bellows:

1. I tried to consult with my Project Manager about these situation;

2. He instructed to me to call vendor of pressure vessel and Migas inspector related to fabrication procedures;

3. I requested to material-man and material control to make calculation, if we took a risk for doing procurement

process;

4. After all information that I thought enough, I consulted to Maintenance planner as the project supervisor about

this situation;

5. Field Spv advised me to consider all the possibilities;

6. I decided that we would to fabricate PV by ourselves but we would to invite Migas Inspector, NDT Team, and

Third Party to be spot witness at these process;

7. Management, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Engineer Team, Construction Manager, and Migas Inspector

approved my decision;

8. I instructed to Material-man to provide the old PV, consumable material, and all equipment to modify the old

PV. Also mobilized to workshop and welding-shop ;

9. During the field working preparation process, I held teleconference meeting with Process Engineer, Pressure

Vessel Engineer, Piping Engineer, and QC Company to discuss about it. The we calculated and drawn the sketch

drawing which reviewed and published drawing for construction immediately;

10. After all material, man-power, and procedures published, I consulted with Camp and Transportation

Superintendent to invite the Migas Inspector and Third Party to come our field;

11. Two days after these meeting, our project working continued to fabricate the PV and its accessories.

The result of my decision was appreciated my KEI Management then Management instructed to all division to

support our project all-out.

A week later, the PV has been fabricated then ready for tested by QC Team (NDT, Migas Inspector, and Third

Party). The result of testing (Hydrostatic Pressure Test, NDT, Leak Test, Pneumatic Test,etc) was very satisfactory and

could be operated quite well.Also, we get the certificate from Migas to use it as a part of our facility.
