•Safety couplings are normally ON/OFF,
disconnecting load and drive. It has no intelligence.
•TORKMILL can do it even better! Disconnection
between load and drive can be avoided.
•Using Torque Trak Revolution output signal to
manage the load and drive condition.
•When overload is present, High Torque alarm will
alert operators.
•Shear pins will break if no control action is
performed, releasing the load of the drive.
•Shear pins are calculated and calibrated.

•Each signal in 4-20mA.
•Coupling customized as customer needs (axial/
radial misalignment, spacer length, torque limit).

gear box input shaft or high speed gearbox output
shaft and slow speed gearbox input shaft when
steam turbine is used as drive.
