“I don’t mind having thatstructure demolished,” ani MIAAgeneral manager Jose AngelHonrado sa isang press briefingon Wednesday. “I was told by thecontractor of the Naia Express-way that that egg structure willbe demolished. I told them: ‘Goon, I don’t mind.’ You removethat and we can ease the traffic.”

Maegan’s latest trial Edsa Shangri-La ruckus, she leftMaegan to fend for herself.
Before Maegan and herband, Glass Cherry Breakers, competed in the PhilippineBlues Competition, she sent mean invite on Facebook: “Sis, Ihave fever and fatigue. I’m hav-ing anxiety attacks because ofthe competition. Hope you canwatch because you are my onlyfamily now.”
Too bad I wasn’t able to gobecause I was covering then aGMA 7 event in Bacolod City.Still, I had no doubt in my mindthat Maegan and her bandwould top the contest.
Their victory is her well-de-served reward for all theheartaches she has endured.
She is super excited to fly toMemphis with her band to rep-resent the Philippines in theblues competition in January2015.
The Memphis trip serves as amuch-needed boost, now thatshe’s going through a major cri-sis.
Knowing Maegan, she willbounce back in no time at all. She’s made of sterner stuff.
Just like in the blues compe-tition, she will emerge tri-umphant against all odds.
Cheer up, my dear sis! Let’smeet up and live it up soon. Iam right behind you everyheartbeat.

Aguilar. Long before newsbroke about her problemswith live-in partner AliSanchez, Maegan hadconfided in me about hismean streak.
Now, their domestic fronthas turned into a battlefront.
Last month, she called mebecause she needed to vent. Butshe asked that I keep everythinghush-hush.
On Sunday, I sent her a textmessage to ask if I could di-vulge what we talked about inOctober. She gave me the go-signal so here it is ...
Maegan’s gig at the EdsaShangri-La lobby meant a greatdeal to her. Unfortunately, herregular gigs at the hotel werecanceled because Ali caused acommotion there.
It’s a big loss of income forMaegan, who has two daugh-ters to support. According toher, alcohol brings out theworst in Ali. She chose to bearthe unbearable because she wasblindly in love with him.
After every fight, she wouldtake him back. Their “break up-to-make up” drama went onand on.
For the longest time, Maegandidn’t have the heart to leaveAli because she felt responsiblefor him. Finally, she reached herlimit and decided to end theirrelationship. But Ali got upsetand he turned her into a punch-ing bag again.
More than the physical pain,Maegan is emotionally batteredas well.
Out of her love for Ali, shekept silent about his abusive na-ture. But a woman can take on-ly so much.
Meanwhile, although she hasmade peace with her dad, Fred-die Aguilar, she is still waitingfor his reply to her apology let-ter.
Her Aunt Marlene helpedher pick up the pieces after shewas thrown out of her dad’splace. When Marlene heard thatshe reconciled with Ali after the

Filipino motorists lose 4 daysevery month to decide on over30 things every single day
among the top influencers inmaking any kind of choice. Thestudy also reveals that a numberof these decisions are made inthe morning, while out of home.
Once out the door and onthe road, the most importantroutine decisions made eachday are what to eat, whether toconsider price or quality first inmaking purchases, where to gasup, and which route to take.
The Shell FuelSave GoodChoice Report is launched in con-junction with the culmination ofthe Shell FuelSave Good ChoiceDriving Challenge, a fuel efficien-cy competition that aims to showhow easy it is for everydaydrivers to manage their fuel con-sumption by making a few sim-ple changes to their driving be-haviors and using Shell FuelSave.
FILIPINO motorists, on the average, make over 30 con-scious decisions each day, and spend over a thousandminutes each week to ponder on the choices that theyhave to make. This accounts for losing four days everymonth that go unnoticed, stressing over life’s smalldetails and adding unnecessary pressure to the Fil-ipino motorists’ subconscious.
Insights into the Filipino mo-torists’ most common decisionsand attitude towards decision-making are in the Shell Fuel-Save Good Choice Report, a na-tionwide study developed byPilipinas Shell to help everydaydrivers balance the ongoingpressures of daily decisions.
The Shell FuelSave GoodChoice Report polled 500 mo-torists—primarily commercialdrivers, private motorists, momsand college students who driveat least once a week—aged 18 to64, from Metro Manila, DagupanCity, Batangas City, Metro Cebuand Davao City, on the variousdecisions that they make, fromeveryday decisions, such as whatto eat and what to do on a restday, to milestone decisions, suchas career and financial planning.
Among the decisions that oc-cupy their minds, seven out of10 Filipino motorists say thatwhether to splurge or not is themost important one that theyhave to make on a daily basis.Simply thinking about splurgingor saving already takes up 33 fullminutes of the Filipino motorists’week, making it the most diffi-cult decision they have to make
every day. This behavior relatesto another pressing decision Fil-ipino motorists consider on adaily basis, which is whether ornot they will be helping their im-mediate and extended familiesovercome financial struggles overtheir personal benefit.
While most Filipino motoristsmake decisions based on theirown personal biases and consid-er themselves as the strongestinfluencers in decision-making,their families, available budget, and their partners are also
