・In Career Support Center, there are 5 counselors for students toconsult individually about related to career development such asjob hunting, employment, internship and so on. If you have any
questions or concerns about your career or job hunting, feel freeto use the consultation. Also, you can use it for verifying self-analysis, ES (Entry Sheet), CV(Curriculum Vitae, Resume), and otherdocuments to be submitted.・You need to make a appointment on the Web indicated below.・Cancellation is possible on the web until 19:00 the day before the
appointment date. If you need to cancel, be sure to register forcancellation via Website.・In the case, if you cancel on the day of appointment, please be sure
to call the Career Support Center (Phone: 052-789-2176).※If you're already graduated and for the first time to have a
consultation, please call us. At that time, Prepare your studentID with you.
・Consultation time is basically 30 minutes per person.※if you wish to have 50 minutes consultation, you MUST CALL

How to make a consultation appointment on the Web

1. Visit Career Support Center’s Web site(http://syusyoku.jimu.nagoya-u.ac.jp/index.html)and click “留学生”
2. Click “こちら” or “here”.
3. Click “NU-NAVI” to login. 4. Enter your ID and Password to login.
5. In NU PORTAL, scroll down the page and click“就職” → “求人検索…”.
6. Click ”NU-NAVI” and login.

7. If it’s your first time to make a appointment,click “会員登録・変更” for initial registration.※If it’s not the first time, go to the procedure 10.
8. Fill in the each column, and click “登録確認画面へ”for finishing registration.

9. Check the information, and click “登録” forregistration. Then go back to the Menu.
10. Click “個人(グループ)面談予約” formaking a appointment.
11. Click “個人面談を予約する” for making appointmentfor personal consultation.
12. Click “カレンダーから選択” for selecting the datefrom calendar.
13. Click “残り__”. It means there are still available consultation schedule.The number indicates how many vacant frames left.(Ex: click March,26th ,“残り4” )
“受付終了”:reception closed
“満席”:Fully occupied
“残り__”:__ seats available.

14. You can select where “〇” spotted.(Ex: Click “SATO counselor’s 11:00~11:30”)
Counselors’ nameFYI:If you would like to have a consultation in English, select Counselor SAKAI orSATO. They are available for English consultation.
15. Read “備考” and fill the “コメント“ column(required).
16. Then, click “予約を確定する” for confirmingappointment.

17. This page shows that your appointment is completed.Then, click “予約状況一覧を見る” to check yourappointment.
18. Check that your appointment has correctly made.If you would like to 1)check the detailed appointmentinformation, 2)edit the comment or 3)cancel theappointment, click “詳細|コメント変更|キャンセル”.
19. If you would like to cancel the appointment, click ”この予約をキャンセルする”.
20. At this page, cancellation will be confirmed when youclick “キャンセルを確定する”.
21. This page shows that your cancellation has completed.Then, click “予約状況一覧を確認する” for goingback to the appointment status page.

23. Enter the comment and click ”この内容で登録”for confirming the comment.
22. If you would like to edit the comment, click ”コメントを変更する”.

hunting support, in cooperation with industries, public institutions, and universities that are mainly located in Aichi and Gifu prefectures.The programs are offered by 4 universities (Nagoya
University, Gifu University, Nagoya Institute of Technology, Meijo University) throughout the year. If you are considering job-hunting in Japan, we look forward to yourparticipation.(All tuition is free of charge.)
Benefits of attending the programIn this program, you receive points according to the number of your attendance. When it reaches certain number of times, we issue the certification, whose standard is as below.*Applicable only to the consortium participating universitystudents.・ Bachelor students need to obtain
15 points or more in 4 years.・Master & Ph.D Students need to obtain
7 points in 2years.Also, when you receive the “Certificate for completion of the program”, you can receive preferential treatment for the status of residence application procedure (faster examination and simplified submission documents).
