This software Application is a development with a Difference and which could set out some guidelines in timeto come in particular in the Real Estate Industry and with associated Realty orientated Applications throughthe Artistic Expression in design and development and the way in promoting Inspirational, Innovative andCreative Application rather then just developing one to similar to another. Sophisticated Softwaredevelopment for Realty should be in this day in age all about Innovative productivity especially in the RealEstate sector with 24/7 instant yet very easy data updating capabilities and at a level were the visual part of itis not overpowering usefulness within.

A user of an Application should have many options available to him of using, saving in different file formatsand with that preferable directly to a computers desktop as for example ‘CREATING’ items from existingInformational data streams ‘On The Fly’ without revisiting over & over again sources to recap previouslyalready downloaded Information. ‘CREATING’ would be maybe the right word to use with new softwareApplication which would have to steer more towards this type of platform as to stay in touch with technicaladvancements, customers requirements as well as Improve customers perception for such Applications overtime.

An Application like the ‘The Power IN ONE’ – Ahead & Above has all these capabilities mentioned alreadyavailable even so maybe still a little rough around the edges I’m sure in time to come that will all disappearwith further developing it. This software is trying to have as much as possible Informational material at itsfingertips without overwhelming the Customer nor the Operator, Agent or Consultant itself running it, butwith that said it is imperative to not loose site of downloading only data as that what is actually needed is ofImportance and most of all is ask for!

Despite the general way of thinking in software development over the past years ‘The Power IN ONE’ -Ahead & Above Application development does not address mobile phones as anything smaller then say a 14”screen or a screen resolution smaller then (998 by 670 as this is the size of this Application) is as to mybelieve not suited for any real professionally or private productive work flow just not the same as in using aComputer, Laptop or anything else for that matter, and with that has freely excess to a desktop.

The Power In ONE – Ahead & Above:

A Real Estate ADOBE AIR / FLEX software desktop Application development highly organized & with a new typeWork Environment platform for Owner-Operator Realty Companies their Agent / Consultant or Private-Freelance Agent / Consultant which are interested in Individualy promoting their businesses or themselves tostand out Ahead & Above and with that showcasing their realty of new, existing and open home properties onoffer to their Customers which now would be able to get Information first hand as updates are more Immediateand can be much more frequent!

Customers would be able to CREATE & SAVE on the Fly Informational material of selected properties (New,Exsisting, Open Homes, Luxery-Livestyle, Rural etc.) and any of the associated files by their own propertywebID or referenceID / price / area location etc. for easy Indentification:

� Text files� PDF text files� PDF text-Image files

� SAVE on the Fly:�� Flyer & Brochures of selected properties (if made available) !

� Sets of (5) standard resolution Images shown with each selected property!And / Or� Sets of (4 to 6) higher resolution Images made up as a single PDF file of a selected property!

Everything is CREATED & SAVED directly from what ‘Is Or Was’ viewed by the customer when using theApplication which means that every single property visited, viewed is Imidiately and at an Instance again madeavailable to the customer without again downloading everything just like it would be with a web site page, andtherefore these files mentioned above are CREATED & SAVED from selected properties directly to thecomputer desktop main directory folder, but ONLY if chosen manually by a customer to be SAVED.

The ‘Promo Files’ main desktop directory folder would first time around only have two items included(for example here to show case a Welcome Image and a Realty PDF - Text / Image Flyer) and all other Sub-Directories are created on demand - so ONLY IF chosen to be of Interest & SAVED by the customer itself!
