Hey! Soon it will be time for generation 2!

I’m really sorry that this chapter is mostly birthdays and stuff, but I hate it when sims are teenagers,

the age is just so long and boring...

Last time we left with a birthday, this time we begin with a birthday.

Lauren’s birthday is one day after Madeline’s.

“I really don’t know what to wish for.”

“Wooo! Happy birthday Lauren!”

Lauren ended up blowing out the candles without making a wish.

Lauren grew up into a rather cute teenager, and rolled Fortune.

“Lauren, I’m going to find you a boyfriend,” Holly Blue said.

“What!? Can’t I find my own one?” protested Lauren.

“Nahh, it’ll be fun!” “For you.”

The next day, Holly Blue brought home a boy named Ricky Cormier.

Evangeline came home a few hours later, and had completed

her LTW.

“Hey, you’re Ricky, right?”

“Yeah! You must be Lauren, then? Holly Blue’s told me all about

you...” “Oh, has she?”

“Don’t worry, it wasn’t anything bad!”

“Yeah....”

“She said you were kind, and thoughtful and funny, and...”

“Ok.” “I’m sure it’s all true!”

“You know, you’re kind of cute, Ricky.”

“Really? Thanks!”

They watched some TV together, then Ricky said goodbye.

“He hugged me, Holly! He hugged me!” Lauren squealed.

“Please sit down, girls. We want to talk about your futures.”

“As you all know, this a legacy,” explained Dominic. “So, we

naturally need an heir, on in this case, an heiress.”

“Lauren, we’ve decided you will be the heiress,” said Evangeline.

“Me?!” “Yes.” “Even with my... Skin condition?”

“Yes. Lauren, honey, you are still a wonderful person.”

“Congrats!” said Holly.

“Holly Blue,” Evangeline said, “you will inherit the house.”

“What?!” “Yes, the house. Dominic, Lauren and I will be moving to the house

across the road when Lauren is an adult, and you will inherit this house for your family.”

“Wow, thanks mum! Thanks dad!”

“Madeline, we will be giving you $20,000 to start your family.

There are lots of lovely houses in the area which you could buy.” “Thank you.”

“Hiya, Ricky! You’ll never guess what! I’m heiress!”

“Really? Congrats!”

Lauren and Ricky grew closer...

...and closer...

...and closer...

...and closer...

Until Lauren finally decided to kiss him. (they did actually kiss, but guess what?: “Hello! Is Holly Blue available to talk?” No, stupid. So, by the time I’d paused it to take a photo, they’d already kissed. )

“I love you Ricky!” “Mmph.”

Meanwhile, inside, Dominic and Madeline were talking.

“Dad, I feel a bit... left out, what with Holly Blue and Lauren both having boyfriends now... I don’t.”

“Well, maybe boys aren’t your thing...” “Dad, I have nothing against

lesbians, but I just don’t think I am one.”

“Well... you just need to find the right guy then... hey, try talking to

your mum instead.”

The next day, the three sisters were stood outside the house.

“Dad actually suggested that I might be a lesbian last night.” “Why?” Lauren asked.

“I said I don’t have a boyfriend yet.” “Who cares!?” said Holly Blue.

They went inside, and found that the oven was alight.

“AHHH! FIRE!”

“Don’t worry girls, I’ll put it out!” said Mitch.

“Girls? I’m a MAN!” Charlie Flegg said.

Dominic soon got the promotion needed to fulfil his LTW!

It was time for Evangeline’s birthday.

She blew out the candles.

“Finally! A birthday!”

“Ouch, my back!”

“Hey, this isn’t so bad! I’m not even that wrinkly.”

“Still as beautiful as ever.” “Shut up.”

“Holly Blue, it is your birthday tomorrow. The same as Dominic’s.

I want you to know I am proud of you.”

“You should try and make the most of every moment of your

adult life.”

“Good luck, baby.” “Thanks, mum.”

The next day came round quickly.

“Hm. I don’t like this bald thing,” Dominic muttered.

Next up was Holly Blue.

“Hm... I wish for me and Orlando to get married and have lots of

pretty children!”

“How do I look?” “Er... I’m no fashion expert, Holl,

but I think you should change outfits...” giggled Maddie.

“Oh, hi, Orlando! Who let you in? Technically, this is my house

now.” “Your mum did.”

“Er... Blue... I’ve loved you pretty much forever, right?” said

Orlando, getting down on one knee.

“So will you marry me and have lots of children?”

“YESYESYESYESYESYESYES!”

“Holly Blue, your mum and I have decided that now you’re engaged,

and Orlando has moved in, that we will move out along with Lauren and Madeline so you can have the

house to yourself.”

“On one condition.” “Oh?”

“That you invite me to your wedding!”

“Haha, of course I will, you silly man!”

Everyone apart from Holly Blue and Orlando got in the taxi, and

left for their new home.

They arrived there just as the sun came up, and admired their new

I know you aren’t meant to move in the legacy challenge, but I don’t like the houses I build very much.

“Do you like the new house?” said Madeline.

“I love it! Should we look around?” Lauren replied.

“Sure!”

“Just think, if I wasn’t heiress, this would have been our bedroom,”

Lauren sighed, looking around the room.

“I think this might be your bedroom, Lauren...”

“Maddie! I think it’s over here! This one has a cot!” called Lauren.

Lauren and Maddie hung the paintings of Evangeline and

Dominic on the wall. Lauren sighed happily, knowing that hers would be up there one day.

“Do you like the new house?” Evangeline asked Dominic as they

played a game of chess. “I do...” Dominic answered, concentrating on the game.

Soon Madeline’s birthday came around, and she stood by her cake.

She blew the candles out, and nearly set her lips on fire whilst

doing so.

“How do I look?” she asked, after spinning around.

Maddie got changed, then found herself a new home.

With Madeline gone, Lauren felt more alone than she ever had

before. She had always been surrounded by her sisters, and now the future of the legacy was in

her hands.

She was about to sit on her bed, when she had an idea.

She invited Ricky over, and they danced as Dominic played the

piano. “Ricky, I’m so nervous about tomorrow! I’m going to be an

adult and the fate of the legacy will be resting on my shoulders...” “Don’t worry! I’m sure you’ll be

fine! Your parents wouldn’t have picked you if they didn’t think you were ready!”

“I’m so glad I have you Ricky.”

Lauren looked nervously at her cake the next day.

“This is it,” she said.

“I wish for being heiress to not be as bad as I think!”

“Here goes!” Lauren said, turning to face her family.

Lauren spun round into an adult...

And thus, I conclude generation 1! Hope you enjoyed it so far, and
