LISA BEAL - Ensemble Lisa is excited to be in her first ICCT production! By day, she is a special education teacher at West Liberty Elementary School. She thanks the directors, cast, musicians and all those behind the scenes who made this show possible as well as to her husband and son for encouraging her to try out. Thanks to her friends and family who came out to support her and to her parents who gave her the gift of music!

JOHN BEDNARIK - Ezekial Foster John is thrilled to be working with ICCT. A Philadelphia native, he has come to the corn fields to continue to hone the craft he loves so much. Previous roles include Norman in The Boys Next Door, Ton Ton in Once On This Island and Horton in Seussical. He would like to thank the whole wacky CAST, his friends and family for all their support especially Audra whose continuous side-eye keeps him in check. Happy Holidays!

JAMIE DELUCA - Betty Haynes Jamie is excited to be in her first production with ICCT. This is her second production in Iowa since moving here from Oregon. She was last seen in City Circle's production of A Little Night Music. Ja-mie is currently in her second year of graduate school studying for her Doctorate of Audiology at the University of Iowa.

CLAIRE GREEN - Susan Waverly Claire, a fifth-grader at Regina Elementary in Iowa City, is delighted to be in her second ICCT show. ROBERT KEMP - Bob Wallace Robert was last seen in Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre’s Candide as The Governor and had a blast in City Circle’s Rocky Horror. He just completed a performance with local composer Dan Knight at the Coralville Performing Arts Center. He has previously performed with ICCT in The Drowsy Chaperone and was a voice coach for The Sound of Music. When he is not performing on the stage he is teaching privately or training as an actor for stage and film.

REBEKAH KENT – Rhoda Bekah is pleased to be performing in her fourth show with ICCT. Her recent work includes My Fair Lady, The Drowsy Chaperone, and Man of La Mancha. In real life, Rebekah enjoys cycling, cooking, and spending time with her new husband, though she doesn’t excel at any of them. Since she is so demure and book-learned, it is with great stretches of the imagination that she conducts her role as Rhoda in this show.

STEPHEN KRUTZFELDT - Mike, Ensemble Stephen is very excited to be a part of White Christmas. He is grateful to work with Krista, Ed and so many talented performers. This is his third show with ICCT, previously performing in the en-sembles of Cinderella! and The Drowsy Chaperone. He looks for-ward to many more productions with ICCT.

REBEKAH OULTON - Lighting Designer / Board Operator Rebekah saw her first live show, Fiddler on the Roof, at the age of four. The theater has been an important part of her life ever since. During college, the demands of obtaining an engineering degree forced her to take a break from performing. About ten years ago she was able to return to the theater, backstage this time. Since then, she has worked as a lighting designer, assistant director, or

stage manager for countless community theater productions in San Luis Obispo, CA. Rebekah recently relocated to Iowa City to complete her PhD in Environmental Engineering.

RICHARD “DICK” CAPLAN (piano/rehearsal pianist) agreed to be music director for ICCT’s first attempt at a musical to celebrate their tenth season (The Fantasticks, 1968). At the time, he didn’t know he’d direct the music for another six shows over many years, perform as an actor in several Chamber Theater productions, and still be in harness in 2011. It gets addictive.

ELIZABETH “BETH” COOK (violin) works at the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy on a research team investigating the effectiveness of cardiovascular drugs. She is an alumna of the Preucil School of Music and enjoys playing violin in orchestras, chamber groups, and at home with her children (Cameron and Julien) and husband (Bob).

Music directing credits include A Funny Thing Happened, Sweeney Todd, Fiddler on the Roof, Oliver, The Fantasticks, Hello, Dolly and Man With a Load of Mischief. David played Harold Hill in The Music Man in Bend, Oregon, in 1976.

You can become a member of the ICCT family for a fee of $25/yr., which gives you voting rights at our meetings, newsletters and other mailings, and advance information about shows and events related to the ICCT.

We can help your business get broader exposure in Iowa City and Johnson County. This is usually done by advertising in our playbills, but can also be by sponsorship of shows, elements of shows, or specific actors.

We are always in need of new and interested individuals for help at the community theatre in a number of different capacities: acting, directing, back stage, and at the front of the house.
