INTRODUCCIN
%n la actualidad es primordial para toda organi7acin tener bajo control lo
relacionado con el flujo de informacin que surge de las acti+idades diarias; esto con
el fin de lograr detectar irregularidades en el proceso de produccin comunicacin
para de esta manera ser m&s eficientes producti+os en este mundo cada +e7 m&s
competiti+o$
=o en da, gracias al +ertiginoso crecimiento de la tecnologa, este tema se
*ace cada +e7 m&s f&cil agradable$ Bos sistemas de informacin se centran en
estudiar las formas para mejorar el uso de la tecnologa que soporta el flujo de
informacin dentro de la organi7acin, representa adem&s, una *erramienta de gran
utilidad para el logro de los objeti+os, a que permiten, de manera mu precisa, el
manejo control de informacin +aliosa en la toma de decisiones; es por ello que el
incenti+o al desarrollo de los mismos cada da es maor$
Con el propsito de lograr esta eficiencia producti+idad la 5ireccin General
de Ciencia Tecnologa E5GCATF, adscrita a la Gobernacin del estado Monagas, *a
tenido la iniciati+a de desarrollar una plataforma tecnolgica acorde con sus
necesidades que le permita mejorar ampliamente la gestin control de sus procesos
el flujo de informacin que surge de las acti+idades diariamente$ %sta plataforma
consiste en el desarrollo de un sistema de informacin de apoo a la operati+idad de
la plataforma tecnolgica de la 5GCAT$
Para la elaboracin de esta in+estigacin se utili7o como metodologa de
desarrollo de softNare KP Eprogramacin etremaF, cuas fases brindan fleibilidad
eficiencia en cuanto a su aplicacin resultados$ Para esta metodologa importante la
relacin con el cliente su satisfaccin que la cantidad de documentacin que se

reali7ada donde se describen con especificidad todos los pasos ejecutados para el

Ba Gobernacin del %stado Monagas fue fundada en el a9o #3/1 comen7 a
prestar sus ser+icios en el a9o de #3/3$ %st& ubicada frente a la Pla7a Jol+ar,diagonal a la iglesia San Simn, en la ciudad de Maturn$ unciona en una edificacin
estilo colonial que fue construida a principios de la d'cada de los cuarenta, cuando se
da el proceso de reno+acin urbana de la ciudad de Maturn$ 5esde su construccin
*asta a*ora *a sido ocupada por importantes personalidades que pertenecen a la
*istoria poltica del estado del pas, eperimentando a tra+'s del tiempo,
remodelaciones tanto en la edificacin como en la estructura organi7acional$
4 ra7 del proceso de descentrali7acin, la Gobernacin *a creado nue+os
departamentos, alternati+as que gradualmente se *an ido mejorando en pro del
beneficio de la poblacin$ 4ctualmente se encuentra ejerciendo el cargo de
Gobernador del %stado Monagas, .os' Gregorio Jrice9o, el cual fue elegido el 2# de
octubre del a9o !$""/ cumpliendo con su primer mandato por eleccin popular$ Ba
Gobernacin del %stado Monagas es el organismo constituente del Poder %jecuti+o
8egional que conjuntamente con el Poder Begislati+o conforma el Poder P(blico

corresponden con el programa de ajuste econmico, acordado por el gobierno
nacional, permitiendo de esta manera, que se pueda desarrollar ampliar sus laboressatisfactoriamente, cumpliendo a su +e7 con lo dispuesto en la Be de Presupuesto,

4plicaciones, la Coordinacin de Soporte al Sitio$ %sta coordinacin se encuentra
ubicada en el centro de la ciudad especficamente en el palacio de Gobierno del
estado Monagas$ Sin embargo la coordinacin de Soporte al Sitio se ubica en la 7ona
industrial de este estado en las instalaciones del estadio monumental .uana la4+an7adora$ Ba di+isin de in+estigacin desarrollo tiene bajo su potestad a la
coordinacin de Manuales, Procedimientos 4cti+os que se ubica en las mismas
instalaciones del estadio Monumental$ %stas coordinaciones en conjunto logran las

%l intercambio de informacin de un departamento a otro se *ace de forma
manual lo que ob+iamente representa un incon+eniente que termina por afectar de

frecuencia no llega a tiempo$ Igualmente, las peticiones de recursos o sugerencias

adicionales para lle+ar a cabo las tareas asignadas estos emplean los radios si no se
puede establecer la comunicacin por medio de estos, tienen que recurrir a llamadas

manejo de algunos documentos importantes para que cada departamento pueda
funcionar de manera ptima$ -o eiste una plataforma centrali7ada donde los
empleados puedan obtener las distintas plantillas o formatos para elaborar los
informes correspondientes$ A en el caso de que dic*as plantillas sean modificadas, no
siempre esas modificaciones llegan a tiempo a los departamentos por lo que en
ocasiones eisten diferencias en los reportes emitidos por estos$
4unado a esto todos los departamentos manejan programas, dri+ers, softNare
paquetes inform&ticos que requieren para reali7ar sus labores$ %n especial la
coordinacin de soporte al sitio que requiere de estos para reali7ar las instalacin de
sistemas que necesitan las instituciones donde se prestan los ser+icios, usando como
medio C5, dispositi+os ?SJ, en la maora de los casos optan por descargarlo de
internet Eser+icio prestado por la institucinF atrasando de esta manera la acti+idad
en consecuencia se consume el anc*o de banda, limitando la conein de los usuarios
Eotras institucin que le prestamos ser+icio de internetF por lo tanto disminuendo la
calidad de ser+icio ESSF$
%n cada departamento se requiere de insumos como materiales) *ojas,
*erramientas, material para el desarrollo de redes, computadores, tarjetas de red,
partes del computador etc$ Para solicitar estos insumos se debe *acer un oficio
dirigido a la parte administrati+a luego debe ser lle+ado a sus oficinas en el %stadioMonumental de Maturn lo que *ace de este proceso mu rudimentario por lo tanto se
desea automati7ar esteproceso$
Ba direccin de esta institucin se caracteri7a por tomar en cuenta la opinin de
sus trabajadores por lo que al momento de reali7ar alg(n cambio en un proceso en
