一、固井事业部简介Cementing Department Summary

中曼固井事业部以给客户提供质优价廉“value our clients”的固井技术服务为目标，通过扩张式快速成长，呈现出国内国际业

务齐头并进的良好发展态势，并逐渐在中东地区崭露头角，成为当地工程技术服务领域不可或缺的新锐力量。

固井事业部主要提供固井设计及咨询、现场施工、固井技术研究等服务的专业化生产服务单位，可完成油气井、煤层气井、地

热井等各类井固井施工。目前形成了深井固井、调整井长封固段固井、复杂地层压力开发井固井、低压易漏失井固井、盐膏层井

固井、水平井固井、深层高含H2S气井固井、深层小井眼-小间隙井固井等成熟的特色技术方案。

固井事业部业务分为国内和国际两块，国内市场先后为新疆油田、长庆油田、中原油田、吐哈油田等国内油田公司提供固井技

术服务，深受客户好评，并建立了长期稳定的合作关系；国际市场涉及蒙古国、加拿大、伊拉克、埃及等多个国家。

As successor of ZPEC Shanxi cementing company (found in 2009), Cementing Department aims to provide “value our clients” cementing technology services to customers, with high quality and low price. It grows rapidly during the past 7 years, with explosive development in both domestic and international business, becoming a new but indispensable force in the field of engineering and technical service of the Middle East market.Cementing Department currently possesses 58 sets of various types of equipment, and total fixed assets up to fifty million RMB.Cementing Department is a professional production and service provider of well cementing design and consulting, cementing operation, cementing technology research and other relevant services, who could complete cementing job of oil and gas wells, coal-bed methane wells, geothermal wells with different technical programs like deep well cementing, adjustment well sealed solid cementing, complex formation pressure development wells, the low pressure and mud loss of well cementing, salt gypsum layer wells, horizontal wells, deep high H2S gas well cementing, deep slim hole-small clearance cementing.Cementing Department has domestic and international two parts business seperately. Domestic market: We has supplied cementing technology service for Xinjiang Oilfield, Changqing Oilfield, Zhongyuan Oilfield, Tuha Oilfield and other domestic oil companies, highly appreciated by customers, and established long-term stable cooperation relationships. International market: Engaged in projects in Mongolia, Canada, Iraq and Egypt market etc.

二、设备概况 Overview of Equipment

固井事业部目前拥有各类成套固井设备58台套，其中各类型水泥车7台（PCT-521A及PCT621A共4台）；

25立方米立式储灰罐32台；45立方米立式储灰罐8台；25立方米运灰车10台；50立方米半挂运灰车1台。除

此之外，还有其他辅助设备机具10台套。API标准油井水泥浆化验设备4套，其中移动化验室3个（配有SGSA

及UCA各一台），集团总部化验室1个，远期规划为水泥浆研发实验室。

Cementing Department has 58 various cementing equipment currently, including 7 sets of cementing trucks(4sets of PCT-521A & PCT621A), 32 sets of 25 m³vertical storage tank ,8 sets of 45 m³storage silo, 10 sets of 25 m³cement bulk and one set of 50 m³cement bulk. In addition, there are 10 sets of auxiliary equipment.Cementing lab: In 4 sets of API standard oil well cement slurry test instrument, there are 3 movable laboratories (with one SGSA and UCA each) and one laboratory in headquarters. Moreover, we have a long-term plan of building a research and development lab for cement slurry.

技术人员和经验丰富的操作人员队伍，部分中高级技术人员来自于国际知名服务公司如贝

克休斯和斯伦贝谢等。随着集团对事业部的持续投入，作业规模和能力逐年提高。目前事

业部已经获得中石油固井资质，配备了业界主流的LANDMARKR5000软件，能够根据单

井的地质特点为客户提供定制的一揽子固井解决方案，在做到为客户降低成本的同时并能

延长油井的使用寿命。

After years of development, we have a professional experienced cementing team composed of experienced crew who worked in different countries and regions. Some of them are senior technical personnel from the international well-known service company, such as Baker Hughes and Schlumberger. With continuous and increasing investment from mother company, our business scale and operation capacity are expanding year by year. Now we have got cementing qualification from CNPC and equipped well approved LANDMARK R5000 software. All these make us capable to provide customized cementing program based on geological characteristics of single well and prolong the service life of oil well with lower cost.

承揽的Badra油田钻完井IPM项目是在其他世界知名油服公司在这一区块折戟沉沙后，固井事业部迎难而上，组织公

司技术力量优化开发方案从而最终被甲方选中的。此区块集中了固井所能面对的大部分难题。这里，地质条件复杂，

地层稳定性差，地层压力系统紊乱。深井高温高压固井、高密度特殊钻井液环境下超大环空固井、严重漏失井固

井、巨厚盐层含高压盐水层固井、又喷又漏窄压力窗口固井、小间隙尾管固井等难题层出不穷。

Badra Drilling and Completing IPM project is recognized as high challenge for oilfield services. Few world famous oil service company experienced a disastrous defeat and evacuated from this area. ZPEC face the difficulty and take over this project. ZPEC select excellent technical team for this project. They optimized development program and got approved by GAZPROM. ZPEC Cementing service technicians faced most of the difficulties that cementing service would facing at this area. This area has complex geological conditions. It has bad formation stabilization, also has disordered formation pressure system. Deep well cementing, High Temperature and High pressure well cementing, High density special materials drilling fluid with oversized annular well cementing, Serious mud loss well cementing, Huge thickness salt formation and/or high pressure salt water formation well cementing, Kick off + mud loss narrow pressure gradient well cementing, Small gap annular liner cementing and so on, all kinds of complex and difficulty cementing technologies endlessly in this area.

面对这些技术难题，固井事业部技术团队通过分析和论证，抓住主要难题逐一破解，根据当地独特地

层特点采用独创配方开创了大井眼清洁技术和小井眼尾管固井前特殊材料携砂洗井技术，有效保证了

套管管串顺利到位。

此外先后解决了盐水高密度配浆困难，水泥浆浆体强度发展缓慢，初凝时间较长等问题，配合井口加

回压、正注反挤、旋转尾管、平衡压力固井等工艺和技术措施，强调水泥浆流变学设计的应用，拉开

井内各种浆体的动塑比值差距，通过以上措施确保了固井质量的稳步提升，纵观已交井的6口井，固

井施工一次成功率达到100%，单井固井质量远远优于之前在此服务的国际知名服务公司的表现，甲方

先后两次为此专门发来贺信予以表彰，对我方在此区块提供的高品质固井服务给予充分的肯定。

Facing those complex and difficulty cementing technology problems, After sufficient analysis, ZPEC cementing team found the solutions for those problems. According the local special formation characteristic, They developed creative recipe on big size hole clean technology and small size hole special material clean rock debris technology to make sure that casing canbe run to the bottom of hole successfully.

Also ZPEC cementing team fixed high density salty slurry mixing problem, cement slurry strengthen development slow problem and Initial setting time too long problem and so on. They used various technology measures to improve cementing quality. For example: Applying well head back pressure technology, Positive injection and reverse cement squeeze technology, Rotating liner cementing technology, Balance pressure cementing technology and so on. They are valuing the applying of rheology on cement slurry. They designing proper gradient on plastic viscosity among different fluids. They improved the cementing quality through the above measures step by step. So they achieved 100% successful cementing operation on the last completed 6 wells. And the cementing quality is much better than the world famous well service company who has been working at this area before ZPEC. Because of this ZPEC cementing team received twice special congratulatory letter from GAZPROM. GAZPROM highly appreciated ZPEC cementing team for their High-quality cementing service on this project. They won the honor for whole cementing service team, also for the whole ZPEC service team!

中石油长庆项目: CNPC Changqing Project

业务遍及长庆采油二厂，长庆采油七厂，延长油矿等，先后为地矿部门和油田公司等单位服务，赢得

了广大合作单位的信赖与好评。年均固井200口，井深300-3000米不等。

Providing Cementing Seivice for Changqing Oilfield, Yanchang Oilfield ect, which the performence is highly praised by client. Annual cementing capacity is up to 200 wells from 300m to 3000m.

外蒙项目: Mongolia Project井深2000-3000米不等，年均固井20口

Annual average cementing capacity is up to 20 wells from 2000m to 3000m.

加拿大项目: Canada Project为加拿大皇朝能源在位于南戈壁省布置的勘探井提供固井技术服务，井深3000米以内，使用1.25sg低

密度+1.90sg原浆单级固井封隔生产套管，成功解决了因地层裂缝发育及中部煤层发育造成的恶性漏

失，水泥返高达到设计要求。

Provide Cementing service for Canada SUNWING ENGERGY LTD. At Omnogovi Province. This area has serious mud loss problem because of formation fractures and coal seam in the middle formation. ZPEC cementing team using 1.25sg light density cement slurry with 1.9sg cement slurry single stage cementing. Successfully overcome the serious mud loss problem in this area.

伊拉克项目: Iraq Project

伊拉克服务的业主主要有Gazprom neft、Bashneft、Petronas、Kogas、IDC、MDOC等知名油公司，

参与的项目有Badra油田钻完井IPM项目、Block12探井IPM项目、Garraf油田平台井IPM项目。井型主

要有直井及大位移井，完钻井深分布在2500-4910m TVD。

Main clients at IRAQ are Gazprom neft、Bashneft、Petronas、Kogas、IDC、MDOC and so on. We have participated Badra Drilling and Completing IPM project, Block 12 exploration and appraisal well IPM project, Garraf oilfield Drilling and Completing IPM project, Well depth is from 2500m to 4910m TVD.

埃及项目主要是埃及水利部为大尼罗河地区农业灌溉项目而布置的水井，井深分布为600m-1000m。

Egypt Project is a Agriculture irrigating project. Egypt Ministry of water Resources wants this project supplying sufficient irrigating water for broad Nile area. Well depth is from 600m to1000m.
