In the past, the coming together for “matsuri”, a traditional festival, was an archetype of the team approach. People from various occupations, men and women of all ages, gathered together to hold a festive event. Peaceful harmony was thus generated and supported in Japan over the millennia.Recently, the nutritional support team has been at the center of dynamics for the development of a team approach in modern Japanese medicine. This spirit has now subsequently spread into various subspecialities. On the poster, the traditional red vermillion color of the “Team Approach in Modern Medicine” represents the avoidance of evil spirits, and the yellow marigold color in the lower right represents finding gold. As such, K-INT is expected to proceed with a captivating approach and bring prosperity to all, including K-INT participants.
