1. Phm vi p dng

Tiu chun ny p dng cho tm tri chng thm cng trnh trn c s bitum bin tnh bng polyme, c gia cng bng si hu c hoc/v si thu tinh.

3.Phng php th

Cc phng php th trong tiu chun ny c xy dng da theo cc tiu chun ASTM D 2523 - 00, ASTM D 5635 - 98, ASTM D 5147 - 02a, ASTM D 4551 96.

3.1 Ly mu

Mi l sn phm (qui nh n 3000m2) ly 15 tm mu kch thc 300mm x 300mm 3 cun bt k. Cc tm mu c ct cch mp cun t nht 150mm, phng cc tm mu trong phng th nghim nhit (27 ( 2) 0C, m ln hn 50% trong thi gian 24h trc khi th mu.

3.2 Xc nh bn ko t v dn di: Da theo ASTM D 2523 - 003.2.1 Nguyn tc: bn ko t v dn di ca tm tri chng thm c xc nh bng lc ko t c tc ko khng i i vi mu c kch thc v hnh dng nh sn. 3.2.2 Thit b

3.2.3 Chun b mu th: Ly mu theo 3.1.

Kp mu th vo tm hm my th ko sao cho ng vo phn vch nh du phn kp mu. Cho my hot ng vi tc ko khng i 1,3mm/pht. Khi ng my v cc dng c o, cho my chy cho ti khi t mu, ghi li cc kt qu cn thit.3.2.5 La chn kt qu

Loi b kt qu ca nhng mu b t ngoi vng nh du v mu c kt qu bn ko t v dn di khi t sai lch 20% so vi gi tr trung bnh ca t mu. Nu trong 3 mu c mt mu b loi th lm li mt mu, nu trong 3 mu c 2 mu b loi th phi lm li c 3 mu.

3.2.6 Tnh ton kt qu

3.2.6.1 Ti trng ko t: L gi tr ti trng c ghi li trn ng h o ca thit b khi mu b t, tnh bng kN/m.

3.2.6.2 dn di

3.2.7 Bo co kt qu

Ti trng ko t v dn di ti thi im t l gi tr trung bnh cng ca t nht 3 mu th.

Kt qu th nghim c ghi y cc thng tin v mu th bao gm: loi, ngun gc, chiu dy, chiu ct mu, s mu, m, nhit v tiu chun th mu.

3.3 Xc nh bn chc thng ng: Da theo ASTM D 5635 - 98

3.3.1 Nguyn tc: bn chc thng ng ca tm tri chng thm c xc nh bng phng php ri u p c kch thc v khi lng xc nh trc vi khong cch khng i.3.3.2 Thit b

3.3.2.1 Dng c o bn chc thng ng: Dng c o chc thng ng bao gm mt chn nng, mt cnh tay n ri v mt u p (xem hnh 2). Cnh tay n ri tip xc vi nn sao cho n c th quay t do t v tr thng ng n v tr nm ngang. Chiu di ca cnh tay n l 510mm, dung sai tng i (0,5%.

3.3.3 Chun b mu th: Ly mu theo 3.1.

Kch thc ca cc mu th v tm lt t mu l 250mm x 250mm. Cc mu th v tm lt c ct bng khun kim loi c kch thc to sn. Chun b sn 12 mu th sn sng cho vic kim tra li.

Tt c cc mu th c t nhit phng th nghim t nht trong 8h trc khi tin hnh th.

3.3.4 Tin hnh th

Xit cht mu tm tri ln nn th bng khung gi mu. La chn khi lng u p 0,5kg; 0,6kg hoc 0,8kg cho mu th c chiu dy tng ng 2mm, 3mm hoc 4mm. Lp t cnh tay n v u p c khi lng tng ng vi mu th sao cho u p gia tm ca b mt mu th. Nng cnh tay n v u p n v tr thng ng, ri t do ln b mt mu. Quan st mu th xc nh kt qu th.

Nu th trn cng mt tm phi dch chuyn mu v tm lt khong cch t nht l 25mm sao cho u p khng va p vo ch p ban u.

3.3.5 Kt qu th

Nu 2/3 khng b chc thng, kim tra thm 1 mu. Nu mu lm thm khng b thng, mu th t tiu chun. Nu mu lm thm b thng, lm li c 3 mu theo trnh t ban u. Nu 2/3 mu b chc thng, mu th khng t tiu chun.

3.3.6 Bo co kt qu

Kt qu th nghim c ghi y cc thng tin v mu th bao gm: loi, ngun gc, chiu dy, s mu, m, nhit v tiu chun th mu.

Ghi y cc thng tin v tm nn bao gm: loi, ngun gc, ni sn xut v chiu dy.

3.4 Xc nh bn nhit: Da theo ASTM D 5147 - 02a

3.4.1 Nguyn tc: bn nhit ca tm tri bitum bin tnh c nh gi bng kh nng chu nhit nhit nht nh.

3.4.2 Dng c v thit b

Kp mu c mt kp nhn v rng t nht 50mm.9

Gi treo mu bng g hoc kim loi.

T sy c kh nng iu chnh nhit ti a 1500C.

3.4.3 Chun b mu th: Ly mu theo 3.1.

Mu c ct theo kch thc 50mm x 75mm. Mi ln kim tra t nht 3 mu theo chiu dc v 3 mu theo chiu ngang.

3.4.4 Tin hnh th

Kp mi mu vo mt kp, 3 mu theo chiu ngang v 3 mu theo chiu dc, treo l lng mu trong t sy.

mu trong t sy 2h00 ( 5 pht nhit (90 ( 1)0C. Quan st cc mu c du hiu chy, chy nh git hoc to thnh git pha di ca mu hay khng. Nu khng quan st thy cc du hiu trn c 3 mu th mu th t yu cu.

3.4.5 Bo co kt qu

Bo co kt qu mu t yu cu l nhit 90 0C m c 3 mu th khng b chy, chy nh git hoc to thnh git pha di ca mu.

Kt qu th nghim c ghi y cc thng tin v mu th bao gm: loi, ngun gc, chiu dy, s mu v tiu chun th mu.3.5 Xc nh thm nc di p lc thu tnh: Da theo ASTM D 4551 - 963.5.1 Nguyn tc: bn thm nc ca tm tri chng thm c xc nh bng p lc thu tnh ca ct nc c chiu cao qui nh.

3.5.2 Chun b mu th: Ly mu theo 3.1.

Mu c ct theo kch thc 100mm x 100mm, mi ln kim tra t nht 3 mu.

3.5.3 Dng c

ng hnh tr bng kim loi hoc nha c ng knh trong 50mm, cao 610mm.

3.5.4 Tin hnh th

Gn cht ng th xung b mt cm th nc ca mu bng keo silicon. t mu ln gi bng li st. y nc vo ng th v m bo mc nc ny trong sut qu trnh th. 3.5.5 nh gi kt qu
