おかあさん が ふたり います。O ka a san ga futari imas.

I have 2 mothers…(?)

おにいさん が います。O ni i san ga imas.

I have an older brother.

What if you have more than 1??

おにいさん が ふたり います。O ni i san ga futari imas.

I have 2 older brothers.

When asking a question about specific family member

いもうと が いますか。 Do you have a younger sister?

おにいさん が います。I have an older brother.

なんにん かぞく ですか。

Nan nin kazoku desuka

How many people in (your) family?

かぞく：family

よにん かぞく です。四人 かぞく です。

There are 4 people in (my) family.

ごにん かぞく です。五人 かぞく です。

There are 5 people in (my) family.

Following up from ‘how many people’, you can simply add who they are

おとうさん と おかあさん と わたし です。

Put と in between different family member to indicate ‘and’
