Boring and facing heads with automatic balancing, that allow for turning operations on all machining centres. They can be applied on any machining centre set up with a command unit for controlling the progress of the tool holder slide. The dimensions, structure, and weight of some models, allow for to be positioned even in the tool storage area of small machining centres and loaded by the tool changer on the spindle of the machine. The application of the U-DRIVE command unit connected to the machine’s CNC, allow for all types of operations to be made including turning, cylindrical and conical boring, facing, threading, radius, and spherical operations.

Boring and facing heads with automatic balancing, that allow for turning operations with fi xed pieces on all machine tools. They can be easily applied manually or automatically on boring machines, machining units, and special machines. Connected to the CNC of the machine tool allow for it to make all types of operations of turning, cylindrical and conical boring, facing, threading, radius, and spherical operations. Application on machines where they cannot be connected to the CNC, may be made by managing the motor of the drive unit with a practical, simple, and economical positioner complete with a wireless REMOTE–CONTROL.

U-Comax boring and facing heads are axial command heads designed to be used on transfer machines, machining units, and special machinery. Even during rotation the feed control of the tool holder slide is commanded by a U-Drive drive unit, mounted behind the spindle and managed directly by the CNC of the machine tool. U-Comax heads are used for inner facing, outer facing, back-facing, inner and outer turning operations, grooves, complex profi les, cylindrical and conical threading, conical and variable boring, concave and convex radius machining, through the interpolation with the other the machine axes.

Facing heads with automatic feed and rapid return of the slide, without stopping or inversion of the machine tool spindle. Built in three models, AR100, AR125, and AR160, that are easily applied on machining centres, processing units, and on NC machines and do not require any electronic interface or servo drive. AUTORADIAL work with an automatic carry out work cycle of facing, back- facing, complex profi les on fl anges, internal or external seats for elastic rings or O-Rings. Six feeds of the interchangeable tool holder slide are available, on request.

The BPS double-bit crossbars cover a working area from ø 200 - 2500 mm.The BPS double-bit crossbars are constructed in alluminum and mounted on a steel double-bit plate.

High precision modular tool holders for machine tools and machining centres that allow for boring, milling, drilling, and tapping operations to be carried out with extreme fl exibility and rigidity. The cylinder- conical coupling comes in nine sizes, ensuring the interchangibility of all the elements of the system that includes the basic attachments HSK, DIN, BT e CAT, tool holder extensions, reductions, and adapters. The rich boring program for machining diameters from 2,5 to 2500 mm, and making MHD’ line complete are the roughing double-bit heads and the centesimal and micrometric Testarossa fi nishing heads with a 2µm sensitivity adjustment.

Built in various models from 360 to 1600 mm of diameter, that can be applied manually, automatically, and with pallet systems on boring machines and special machines. Connected to the CNC of the machine tool, it allow for all types of operations to be made including turning, cylindrical and conical boring, facing, threading, radius, and spherical operations.
