Who are we?We are a group of talented professional musicians founded in 2011 and made up basically of 3

people: Patrick Gharios (Pianist and Conductor), Krystel Dib (Vocalist and Choir Master) and

Maurice Mezher, (Vocalist). We perform in weddings, drink receptions, and all the other

special occasions. Furthermore, we have been organizing concerts for the last 2 years.

What is the event?This year, to support a cause on Christmas, we decided to help and donate indirectly by

preparing a Christmas concert

Place: St. Elias Church Kontari (Downtown) Date: 15th of December 2013 Time (tentative): 8:00 pm Participants and context: The concert will combine a choir made up of 20

members featuring the soloists Krystel Dib and Maurice Mezher and an instrumental

ensemble of around 12 musicians (piano, violins, viola, cello, electric guitar, guitar bass,

percussion, drums, flute) conducted by Patrick Gharios.

Target audience: Our target audience is not restricted on a specific age groupbecause we combine different styles in our concert to please all ages and tastes.

However, this is a rough estimation on the audience that has been attending our

events. Generally, people who are interested in music are targeted.

What is the events cause and purpose?As stated previously, the concert will support a cause and help to raise funds for an

association that takes care of children with Cancer. The association is called CHANCE

(Children against Cancer). You can go to their website to know more about their mission and

Why do we need sponsors?In order to put together a concert that combines talented and professional musicians, we will

need to cover lots of expenses. For instance, the sound system, the orchestras fees,

advertisement, decoration, printing, graphic designer, ushering and hosting are some of our

main expenses.

Sponsorship available in 4 different packages:There are 4 levels of sponsorship opportunities offered. Please keep in mind that these

levels are flexible. We want to provide you with what you see as most valuable to your firm,

while maintaining equity between our sponsors.

You will find below a table showing a comparison between the different packages with the
