Developed from the Intelligent Machinery Academy of Central South University, SUNWARD R&D center is the group's

shared technology platform. The R&D center currently has over 400 staffs that include 14 professors and associate

professors, 2 doctoral tutors, 16 doctors, 3 postdoctoral, 3 experts who enjoy particular allowance of the State Council.

Divided into ten institutes specialized in different product groups, the R&D center is equipped with modern design tools,

which include Dynamic Modeling Tool, 3D Assembly Simulation, Engineering Analysis Software etc.

SWHG42液压抓斗主要由钢丝绳悬挂的抓斗工作装置、随动液压胶

管卷盘、液压抓斗专用液压伸缩底盘、同步双卷扬系统、实时纠偏

系统和先进的液压电气控制系统构成。配置不同厚度的工作装置，

可进行各种规格的连续墙施工。

The SWHG42 hydraulic grab is mainly made up of a steel wire

rope-hanging bucket working device, a servo hydraulic hose

reel, a special hydraulic telescopic chassis for the hydraulic

grab bucket, a synchronous double hoisting system, a real-

time rectification system and an advanced hydraulic electrical

control system. The working devices different in thickness are

configured, capable of completing the continuous wall

construction of different specifications.

SWHG42液压抓斗适用于水利水电、露天矿山和尾矿坝和环保工程

的防渗墙，建筑物地下室，地下构筑物（如地铁、地下道路，地下

停车场和地下商店）等各种深基础施工。

The SWHG42 hydraulic grab applies for impermeable walls of

water conservancy and hydropower projects, open-pit mines,

tailing dams and environmental protection projects, as well as

construction of various deep foundations, such building

basements and underground structures (including subways,

tunnels, underground parking lots and underground stores).

适应地层：各种土层、沙层、卵砾石层等。

Scope of application: various soil layers, sand beds, gravel

layers and other stratas.

高稳定性专用液压伸缩底盘

针对地下连续墙液压抓斗工况设计开发的专用液压伸缩底盘，采用优化设计、可靠性设计等先进设计手段和先进、成熟的生产加工

艺，保证山河智能产品的高品质、高强度、高稳定性和高可靠性，运输履带展宽小于3000mm，工作时运输履带展宽可达4400mm。

The special hydraulic telescopic chassis designed and developed targeting the underground continuous wall hydraulic

grab bucket working conditions adopts such advanced design techniques as the optimization and reliability design, as

well as advanced and mature production process to ensure high quality, high strength, high stability and high reliability

of the Sunward Intelligent products, with the transport tracks each less than 3,000mm in width but up to 4,400mm while

working.

The high-strength large section box type boom structure is adopted, with such professional software as virtual

prototypes and finite element analysis used to complete simulation analysis, mechanical analysis and fatigue analysis

of various working condition trends to ensure that it could be solid and reliable to adapt to a variety of more severe

working conditions. The high-strength mast can provide the bucket with a stable support during construction, and

hoist heavier work devices to have the complete unit achieve wider scope of applications.

Special hydraulic telescopic chassis ensures the platform layout of the large

diameter drums and reduces the winding layers of the wire ropes to realize the

single-layer winding and simultaneously prevent the steel wire ropes of the single-

hoist system from bending at 360°. The patented drums independently developed

by our company can greatly improve the service life of the wire ropes. The advanced

electrical and hydraulic control system is used to accurately ensure the double-hoist

synchronism and maneuverability.

Targeting the bucket construction technology, absorbing the domestic and international experience, as well as the

existing 863 Plan results, applying the advanced intelligent control technology, CANBUS technology and virtual

instrument technology, and using the embedded engineering machinery controller of high reliability and true color LCD

display screen, we have independently developed the electronic control system intensively integrated, featuring stable,

fast and accurate control. The operation handles and operation actions have been simplified, and the English and

Chinese interface can facilitate operation and achieve reliable use.

The gantry-guiding type forced correction system features stable working performance, using its own mechanism to

achieve massive and rapid forced correction, and able to instantly adjust the bucket posture. Any mis-grabbing

occurring when the trench is shallower can also be corrected to achieve real-time correction.

The advanced hydraulic engineering technology and the innovative hydraulic system independently researched

and developed are adopted, provided with such advanced control modes as the constant power control, full

power control, electrical override control, negative flow control, load sensing control and electro-hydraulic

proportional control used for coupling, and equipped with the hydraulic power control optimization system

independently researched and developed to have the hydraulic system achieve higher efficiency, lower fuel

consumption, simpler operation, as well as more stable, reliable and accurate actions. Besides, the hydraulic

components produced by the world famous manufacturers are used, such as Germany Rexroth and Kawasaki

Seiki, to fully guarantee the advanced technology, high quality and high reliability of the Sunward Intelligent

products.

The confluence distribution technology is adopted to precisely control the hoisting synchronization. The electro-

hydraulic proportional servo control system can ensure the synchronization between the hydraulic pipe rolling

mechanism and the winding mechanism, and realize the variable tension control, so the system is advanced and

reliable, featuring easy operation.

A special structural design is adopted to avoid the radial load on the spindle

bearings so that the mechanism could realize longer service life, the pipe

rolling structure design could be improved and the section pipe rolling drum

structure could be enhanced; in addition, the pipe rolling hydraulic system

adopts an advanced load sensing system, as well as electro-hydraulic

proportional control and variable tension control to improve the pipe rolling

system efficiency, reduce the energy consumption, lower the heat emission of

the hydraulic system and fully guarantee the service life of the hydraulic rubber

hoses.

龙门式抓斗成槽垂直性好

配有高精度的倾角传感器和X-Y方向纠偏装置在工作中能随时对槽壁进行修整。抓斗的设计采用了长导向、低重心，

并装有副齿来平衡工作时的力矩，减少偏斜。

The high-precision angle sensor and X-Y direction correcting devices are equipped to achieve real-time

correction of the trench wall. The bucket design uses a long guide and low center of gravity, with auxiliary

teeth equipped to balance the working moment and reduce the deflection.

推板式抓斗：桁架推板强力纠偏结构，利用槽壁反作用力，进行强力纠偏，组装维修方便，在工作中随时对槽壁进行修

整，实现边抓边纠，配备灵敏度达1/1000的倾角传感器，可捕捉抓斗在槽里面出现的任意偏斜。

Push plate grab bucket: The truss push plate forced correction structure uses the trench wall reaction force

to achieve forced correction. The bucket features convenient assembly and maintenance, able to correct

the trench wall at any time during operation. The inclination sensor with the sensitivity up to 1/1000 can

capture any deviation of the bucket appearing in the trench.
