The United Nations World Health Organization estimates that by the year 2030 diabetes will be the 7th leading cause of death worldwide. We have close to 7 billion people on the planet and approximately 1.9 billion are children under the age of 15. Of these children, approximately 480,000 are currently living with diabetes and those numbers are projected to grow annually by 76,000 children worldwide.

These numbers are out of control and seem unreal.
