Puji syukur penulis panjatkan ke hadirat Allah SWT, yang atas rahmat dan karunia
Nya penulis dapat menyelesaikan tesis ini. Shalawat dan salam tercurah kepada
Rasulullah Muhammad SAW beserta keluarganya.
