What Past Participants Say About Study Away
• “I really enjoyed the format of this course because it kept me thinking the whole two weeks about just the one class. This allowed me to get the most out of the class.”
Alison Bredemus • “I would definitely take another intensive
course in southern Delaware because I felt as though I got a lot accomplished and took a lot from the class. It was a great experience. “
Erica Hickman • “I loved staying at the Virden Center. It was
like a retreat that had an educational purpose. I also like being able to focus on only one course in the two weeks.”
Lisa Kucharski • I like this intensive format for a course
because even though it is was just two weeks, we hit every single topic and right away we were able to practice what we learned in our classrooms as teachers.
