DON JACOBO RIOJA CRIANZA, BODEGAS CORRALSPAINDeliciously ripe and smoky, with notes of cherry and rhubarb compote.

FLEURIE DOMAINE DE PONCEREAULOUIS JADOT, FRANCEA single 55-hectare domaine lying close to the boundary with Moulin-à-Vent with the classic granitic soil of the northern Beaujolais. The grapes are vinified under the control of Maison Louis Jadot and matured for up to ten months in oak vats before bottling. Mellow, elegant but also racy, it has a silky texture and plenty of ripe red fruit.

BAROLO IL BASTIONEITALYIntense garnet red, with a typical violet and rose scented aroma. Aged for three years in large oak barrels, it has smooth tannins and concentrated, developed savoury fruit flavours.

AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO RISERVA LE ORIGINIBOLLA, ITALYMade using selected bunches of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes. After harvesting each year, the grapes are dried on racks until February of the following year before being pressed, fermented and then aged in Slovenian 500 litre oak barrels for 21 months. An incredibly rich and smooth wine with the ability to age in bottle for many years.
