processes requiring rapid setting. it is used for all types of cements.

DescriptionSPRAYCRETE L is a chloride free accelerating admixtures supplied in liquid form, specially developed and designed to meet the demand for efficient and multifold properties desired for guniting job site. It accelerates the rate of hardening gives perfect water proofing, and has excellent bonding properties which reduces the wastage during guniting, shotcreting or sprayed jobs. A thick layer can be caste in single operation.Guniting using SPRAYCRETE L, the reactive component of the admixture combines with cement particles thereby making the mortar or concrete rock hard in minutes of jetting. It reduces the loss of material caused by rebound, thus reducing the cost. It can be used with all types of cements.

Chloride Content : Nil as per IS 6925:1973.

Packing & Dosage

SPRAYCRETE L is available in 5 kg, 20 kg, 200 kg. (Carboys)and

dosage should be 2% to 5% by weight, optimum dosage should be

determined by site trials.
