polypropylene (PP), linear low density polyethylene, (LLDPE), high-density polyethylene liner (HDPE) , low

density polyethylene polythene (LDPE) and EVA.

本生产线可按客户需求采用流延工艺，其原料主要以聚丙稀（PP）、线型低密度聚乙稀（LLDPE）、高密聚乙烯

（HDPE）、低密度聚乙稀（LDPE）及乙稀一醋酸乙稀共聚物（EVA）。

Production line features:

1. This production line use casting process technology with high automation, with little production

process, small energy and low cost;

2. The Screw with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design, with static mixer, make

sure the optimal plasticizing, best mixing effect , advanced production technique，avoid the point .

3. Special design of Stretch forming part will avoid the problem such as roll banding ,stripping .

5. The actual production of electric control system calibration;

6. On-line production training and maintenance training.

4. One year warranty for machine(Wearing parts except),

non-human factors equipment damage in warranty time ,we will repair or replacement .

6. After warranty time , we only collect cost price if we need to repair it .

验收标准

产品标准 该设备所生产的产品与客户签订合同时所提供的样品一致，即为合格产品。

供方工厂

验收调试

1. 验收调试用料需方提供约 200KG；

2. 投料调试，按照产品质量要求进行调整，在正常生产速度下，达到表观质量要

求，得到合格的成品。

3. 温度控制系统测试校正；

4. 螺杆挤出量测试；挤出压力与恒定量测试；流延模具稳定调节；

5. 整机联动、电气控制系统测试；整机最大线速稳定测试；改变线速与实际控制

线速比校正；振动与噪音测试；

6. 设备各部分工作正常，双方在现场确认验收质量稳定合格后，完成验收设备交

付需方使用。

需方工厂

调试安装

1. 测试材料由需方提供；

2. 生产线速度为 30m-80m/min；电控系统实际生产校正；

3. 薄膜均匀度± 6﹪，薄膜克重± 4﹪；薄膜光泽度、压花校正；

4. 测试薄膜规格（g／㎡) ；薄膜在线分切及收卷成型；

5. 实际产能测试；实际生产耗能测试；

6. 在线生产培训及日常维护培训。

4. 设备质保一年（易损件除外），质保期内非人为因素造成设备损害，供方负责维修或更换。

6. 设备过质保期后，公司三年内对设备的维修只收成本费。

7. 设备售后保修范围仅限本公司所制造的设备生产线；

8. 非本公司制造的部分辅机如需提供售后，本公司可为客户在第一时间内向辅机配套厂商协调售后服务。

9. 其他售后服务细节供需双方另行协商解决。
