The Cerdon Méthode Ancestrale The vineyards of Cerdon, belonging to the appellation «Bugey», are

characterised by their steep slopes, located half way between Lyon and Geneva. This terroir, via the Gamay Noir and Poulsard grape varieties, is fully expressed through a unique production process : La Méthode Ancestrale. This ancient local tradition is characterised by the following stages of winemaking :

Partial fermentation at low temperature in a vat, making it possible to obtain a wine with a low alcohol content. The wine, clarified by filtration, retains its yeasts in order to continue its natural fermentation in the bottle. This causes the mousse to form. After removal of the deposits, the bottles are finally sealed and are ready to be consumed.

Respecting the original principle of the méthode ancestrale, and being a rosé wine, CERDON is today the only French AOC appelation that can offer this type of wine. It is for this reason and its quality, that this wine is appreciated all over the world.

This sparkling wine is defined by : A low alcohol level (8%vol. average) A flattering pink colour A fine, light mousse A very strong, aromatic expression of the grape varieties with a dominance of red fruits

A semi-dry character resulting from a harmonious balance of the acidity and the natural sugars of the grape.

The house of LINGOT-MARTIN, established in the heart of the Cerdon region, was formed in 1970 by a group of three families.

It’s situated on Hillsides argilo-limestone of the municipalities of CERDON, PONCIN hamlet of Leymiat, MERIGNAT, JUJURIEUX hamlet of Old man and St Martin du Mont, Hamlet of Gravelles.

This day, this small company is managed by 4 partners: BOLLIET Gilles - GUILLON Jean Luc - GUILLON Frédéric and VALET ALEXANDRE, and account 40 Ha of vineyards(vines).

世界遺産・富岡製糸場1871 年、富岡製糸場の設立指導者ポール・ブリュナが、300 釡の繰糸器械の調達や技術指導者の雇い入れのため、フランスのリヨン北東部アン県を訪れました。スパークリングロゼワインの産地でもある、アン県ビュジェ地方にあるセルドン村には、富岡製糸場創業時の繰糸器械部品を製造した銅工場が現存しています。

近年、富岡市とセルドン村との絆が深まり、セルドンワイン生産者が新たな会社「Terra Vina」を立ち上げました。そして、2017 年 10 月 8日、「Soyeux Destins」という名のスパークリングロゼワインが誕生しました。1世紀半の時を越えて再会した日仏の縁に乾杯といきましょう!

醸造:メトード・アンセストラルタンクで低温での部分的な発酵を行い、アルコール度数の低いワインを造ります。ワインはフィルターがけをされ、ボトル詰めされた後も残っている酵母によって、ボトル内で自然な発酵が起こり、泡が形成されます。沈殿物を取り除いた後、ボトルは最終的に封印されます。セルドンワインは、この醸造方法を尊重して造られる数少ないフランスワインです。

Terra Vina の 2 つの生産者

ランゴマルタン社

セルドンの最も古い生産者のうちの 1つで、3世紀にわたり親から子へと情熱が受け継がれ、現在、エリック・ヴュシェ氏がドメーヌを率いています。10 ヘクタールの畑で造られている品種のガメイは豊かな味わいで、日当たりが良い急斜面の、石灰質粘土の土壌で栽培されています。年間を通して、丁寧なケアがぶどうにほどこされており、収穫、醸造、ボトル詰めのすべてをドメーヌで行っています。

何世代にも渡り、この地でワインを造ってきたランゴ家、マルタン家、ボリエ家の 3家族が 1970 年に立ち上げました。石灰質粘土の斜面に、16ヘクタールの畑を所有し、ポンサン村、メリニャ村、ジュジュリュー村にも及びました。現在は、ボリエ氏、2006 年に加わったギヨン兄弟、引退したマルタン、ランゴ夫人たちに任されたヴァレ氏が経営しており、40 ヘクタールの畑に、ガメイ、プルサールの 2つの品種を栽培しています。
