Linear shale shaker has dual-synchronous motors. Synchronous rotation in reverse
directions can create a linear exciting force to separate drilling fluids and to facilitate
transportation of solids contained.
The S250-1 Linear shakers have larger vibration indexes and vibrating amplitudes to
accelerate sand removal speed.
The shaker uses two explosion-proof electrical vibrators, which has high reliability; use
import explosion-proof electrical equipments; adjustable basket.

resistance, light weight, longer service life and other desirable features. Cone elements of

Ⅱ、Technical description
YQF series liquid/gas separator is specially developed equipment for separation of gas and
liquids in gas-bearing mud. The gas bearing mud returned from the manifold of interceptor
manifold will enter the knockout drum via the inlet manifold of the gas-liquid separator, the mud
will disperse by striking the divider firstly, and then drop down to a chain of baffle plates, the mud
will flow from top to bottom on the baffle plate, resulting in turbulent condition. Some gas will be
separated from the mud according to the principle of gas and liquid sedimentation as well as
decompression expansion. The mud will flow through larger area on the baffle plate through
multiple baffling and separate into thin layer on baffle plate, with bubble exposing on the mud
surface, which enables the separation of gas from mud. The free gas will be discharged to safe
area through the exhaust manifold on the top of tank, the deaerated mud will be discharged to
mud distributor, shale shaker or skim tank through discharge opening.

ZLCQ series vacuum centrifugal degasser adopts vacuum degassing, collision and
enhancement of umbrella flow area to remove gases contained, especially suitable for removal of
free gases contained in drilling fluids. Mud can be sprayed at high speed to the walls through the
square openings in the drive pipe. In this way, gas bubbles contained can be smashed thoroughly
to achieve better degassing performance. Through rotation of impellers within the case, it is
possible to discharge fluids contained. At the same time, through thorough stirring of the fluid, it is
possible to discharge gas contained thoroughly. With compact structure, the entire system has
lower power consumption.
