はじめに

JUSE統計解析パッケージは,データ解析あるいは品質改善・分析ツールとして皆様にご愛用していただき,発売

以来25年が経過しましたが,使用実績は述べ 60,000サイトに上ります.

技術者,現場のスタッフ,TQM推進者,学術・教育関係者にとって,探索的データ解析,あるいは確証的データ

解析をおこなう上で,パソコンを用いて対話的に解析できるソフトウェアとして,各方面から高いご評価をいただいて

おります.StatWorks/V5は JUSE統計パッケージのなかでも,中核的な統合解析パッケージとなりました.

さて,StatWorks/V5については,StatWorks/V4.0を発売してから,約7年が経過しましたが,この間,皆様から

いただいたご要望やご意見などをもとに,学識経験者を交えた開発委員会(委員長 早稲田大学棟近雅彦教授),ワ

ーキンググループ等で科学的,技術的に評価・検証され,その結果,以下の新機能を加えて発売することになりまし

た.ここでは主なものを取り上げ,簡単に説明します.

1) お客様の使い勝手をサポート

・リボンコントロールを採用

各手法の機能をリボンコントロール上のアイコンで表現し,機能の選択を容易にしました.

・解析ストーリーが標準化され,誰でも簡単解析

回帰分析,実験計画法,信頼性解析などの基本的な解析の流れを2重タブで表現,

解析ステップや出力結果がわかりやすくなりました.

・報告書やプレゼンテーションに便利

グラフと凡例,集計表,グラフのみなど報告書への貼り付け,プロパテイ変更などが柔軟になり,

報告書の作成やプレゼン資料などの作成,再利用が便利になりました.

・解析対象を識別する変数指定やワークシートのセル着色などが容易

変数指定ダイアログを一新,候補の中から必要な変数を指定,また,登録できます.

・機能の理解に役立つサンプルデータを提供(製品に同梱されているサンプルデータについては,原則と

して著者および出版社,出典元の許可を得て搭載しております.)

2) グローバルなSQC規格に対応

・TS16949の最新版(MSA第4版, SPC第2版)に対応

安定状態の一括判定やクロスタブ法(計数値のMSA)に適応しました.

・JISZ9021(1998版)に対応しております.

・医薬品ICHQトリオガイドライン:Q8(デザインスペースの設定),Q10(バリデーション管理)の品質管理

手法に対応しております.

3) 設計開発技法の強化

ロバスト設計,多特性の最適化,因果分析機能が特に強化されました.

・標準SN比を含むパラメータ設計の解析能力を強化,

EXCEL 表からのコピー&ペーストなど実験結果をその場で変換・解析でき,頑健な条件の発見,予測が

可能となりました.

・高次項,量×質,質×質的変数間の交互作用などを含む多特性最適化(6特性,応答曲面法)

3次元グラフ機能,ダウンヒルシンプレックス法,予測信頼区間の表示,特定因子を固定した望ましさ最適

,ロバスト最適化などが追加されました.

・擬水準・多水準系直交実験の計画と解析が可能

4) モデリング手法(多変量解析,信頼制解析)の充実

・繰り返しのある場合の単回帰分析,分散分析表の出力
