Retrospective is boring

- Nothing to say in the retrospective

- Have been repeated too many times, no new things

- Only Scrum Master or a few people are talking

- What to Try

- Stick on white board

- Whole team vote on items to be implemented

- Review retrospective record during Scrum and in next Sprint

meeting

- Anything new that would improve the project and team
