Basically,  people  need  physical  ac5vity  to  be  healthy.  If  we  have  a  desk  job,  we  have  to  be  crea9ve  to  find  ways  to  keep  our  body  moving  at  work.    The  stress  and  demand  of  the  job  keep  us  focused  only  on  our  work,  not  on  our  physical  wellness.  It  can  lead  to  40  hours  or  more  poor  health  habit  each  week.
