All collegiate and professional sport  VIOLATIONS attire is not allowed to be worn, that also includes Fresno State. The dress code is strictly enforced and if dress code is violated Saturday school will be given to the student. POWDER PUFF  Attention Ladies: If you are interes ted in playing Powder Puff this year, your $25 for the  jersey is due to Gina Gonzalez in the finance office before March 27 th . If you would lik e to fundraise for the jersey, please see Ms. D eCanio in room 1005. The last day to order is March 27 th . Numbers are on a 1 st  come, 1 st  serve basis. SENIOR TRIP The last senior snack pack sale begins next week! Pick up your snack pack box with Ms. FUNDRAISER Loving in room 1002 beginning this Friday. Get them while su pplies last! SENIORS The deadline to file your FAFSA is March 2, 2015! You have to file b y the deadline to be considered for some FREE money for college. Go to  www.fafsa.ed.gov SENIORS If you didn’t attend the financial aid workshop that was held on our campus and you need help filing your FAFSA; there will be a Financial aid workshop THIS Saturday from 10am  12:00pm at Reedley College. If you need more information, see Ms. Loving in room 1002.     MARCH MADNESS Sign-ups for March Madness, our 3 on 3 basketball lunch-time intramural league, are available in the student office and are due this Friday, Feb. 20. Games will be held

    during the 1st part of extended lunch so all students on a roster should NOT BE in lunch tutorial. Games will begin the 1st week in March. Teams cannot have more than 2 varsity

    basketball players on the same team. Get your sign-up sheets in to room 1005 before this

    Friday!

    LEADERSHIP We are looking for energetic and self-motivated students interested in helping make SHS a

    fun and safe school for all. Applications to be a part of the 2015-2016 leadership classes

    are available in the student office now. Positions available:

    ASB- 5 positions- President, Vice- President, Secretary, Treasurer, and a new position Board Representative (Must be current juniors and willing to work many days over the summer). These 5 individuals will oversee the

    running of all school wide activities. Applications for ASB Officer Candidates are due on Friday!

    Class Officers- Positions are: President, VP, Secretary/Treasurer, and Senator. These individuals will be

    responsible for the running and oversight of all class activities. Applications are due Friday, March 6.

    Commissioners/ Representatives: There is a long list of Commissioner positions available. See the application in the student office for a list and description of each position. Commissioner/ Representative applications are due

    March 23rd.

    REEDELY COLLEGE The application deadline for the Honors Program at Reedley College is: March 1st.

    HONORS PROGRAM

    TEACHERS Reminder to all staff: No food or beverages is allowed to be sold on campus unless it is Approved by Ms. DeCanio or Mr. Babiarz as a fundraiser for your class or club.

    RAISIN ROYALTY The city of Selma is looking for Raisin Royalty Candidates. If you would like to earn some money and a possible scholarship please contact the Selma Chamber at 891-2235.

    Candidates must be between 16 and 23 years of age by May 1, 2015.

    SOCCER PLAYOFFS This Friday night we have the privilege of hosting a playoff game in Staley Stadium; perhaps our only one. It is at 6:30pm, CIF charges $6 for adults, $4 for students. There will

    be a taco truck serving $1.25 tacos as well as our traditional snack bar. It will be 2 good teams working hard for the chance to move on in playoffs. We are the #4 seed in Division

    2 & hold a season record of 17 wins, 4 losses, 3 ties & ranked 14th in the Valley. Win or lose we have had a great season and we are proud of what we have accomplished!

    ASVAB ASVAB Interpretation will be held on Tuesday, February 24th at 9:00am in the dining hall.

    GOLF CARTS Per Mr. Martinez, students are not allowed to sit in or on the golf carts at any time during the day. Students are not allowed to ride in the golf carts unless they are injured or in case

    of an emergency.
