The material I designed was: cement and travertine stone in the end I put metal cladding. Due to the cost for travertine stones we just use that on the nec essary views which could be seen from the street. The main thing for my costumer was that there was enough space for the garden in the back and a strip on the boundary. He would like it to be simple and modem, and I think I succeed to deliver what he was wishing to have .

Single 4 bed stone house with 6 acres with walk in robes, open plan living/dining/kitchen, walk in pantry, rumpus, study nooks, al fresco dining, 1 en suite, 1 bathroom, 1 shower/toilet, attached garage. It was a passive solar house design - design consideration required for passive heating and cooling. (temp ranges from 0C to 40C)

I met my client through a conference call and discussed his project. He had a complete wish list about what he wants and it was very helpful as I listen and understood him completely and could easy convert his dream to reality. I start with a scheme with space planning and then a mood board with furni ture selection
