Ⅱ Application, Feature & Advantages
Application: As is well known the Transformer plays an important role in the generation, transmission and distribution of
electrical energy. Under load the transformer, dissipates heat and the insulating oil acts as a coolant as well as an effective dielectric.
Due to the highly hygroscopic nature of the transformer oil, it absorbs moisture from windings, which leads to gradual deterioration of dielectric strength. Also there are some waste impurities, gas contents in the transformer oil which destroy the oil’s quality.
This oil purifier is applied by the power station and mine to treat various of unqualified or used insulation oils including aging transformer oil specially for the power below 110kV, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, and so on. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line and dry the transformer. This type of machine can degas, dewater, removing the impurities of insulating oil quickly and effectively. It improves the value of voltage value, and makes sure electrical equipment work safely.

Ⅲ Work Principle & Flow Chart
Work Principle 1. Work principle:
The oil is injected in the primary filter through oil inlet valve, when the oil purifier starts working. The big
impurities are purified, and the oil including particles released into vacuum tank after heating. Under the low vacuum pressure and deaeration element, the vapor is separated from oil and vaporized quickly then condensate into water by cooler or drained away by vacuum system. The oil without any water is transferred into secondary filter and precision filter through oil pump then is eliminated all impurities. At last, we get the purified oil.

Meanwhile, we bring in UK G technology from Japan which eliminates the kinds of trace water content and dissolved water thoroughly so as to increase the breakdown voltage and anti-pressure value enormously, ensure the transformer oil can be used in high level transformer normally. l Distinctive Filtering System The filtering system, which is combined double FH trapezoidal network with H.P.M high molecule
polymer material absorbing, distinctively remove various impurities and particles. The filtering system owns back flush function to clean the filters and clear impurities from the filter automatically. It improves the effectiveness of filtering and extends the lifetime of filter awfully.
A: First-stage Filter
Made of Stainless steel material, Double FH trapezoidal network filtering technology, it removes particles and impurities down to 15 microns.
B: Second-stage Filter Made of Stainless steel material, Double FH trapezoidal network filtering technology, it removes particles and impurities down to 5 ~ 10 microns.
C: Fine Filter: Made by High Polymer Materials and imported from Germany, thorough demulsification and separate water from the waste oil, it removes particles and impurities down to 5 microns, making oil clean.

German 3UG3 Relay keep the machine safe working efficaciously at any situations such as power off, lack
of phase, wrong phase position, etc… l Carbon Fiber Infrared Oil Heating System Heating by Carbon fiber infrared heating system which is the most advanced heating technology, the
unique heater structure heats the oil uniformly and easily controlled, it gives out the heat quickly (in 3 seconds after power on) and Efficiency of electricity transforming to heat is very high (more than 98%).
Oil Heater System assures less than 1.1 w/cm². During the heating process, the deterioration of the oil
caused by overheating is avoided. The oil temperature can be adjusted between 0 ~ 100℃. The heater is controlled manually or automatically. The heater will stop automatically when the oil temperature reaches a certain degree. Being installed with safety protection devices, the heating system is secure and reliable. The heater will stop operation automatically when the oil volume of inlet is too low to avoid the damages of the heater.
The material is good at oxidation resistance at high temperature and can be used for more than 10 years. l Double-infrared fluid level auto-control system instead of oil-level controlled by
manually and float valve Double-infrared fluid level auto-control system is installed in the vacuum vessel to control the oil level
automatically so as to avoid the oil leaking in the operation. It can help machine working continuously for 150

of moisture in dielectric condenser whose decalescence medium changes water vapour changes to liquid water quickly, then are condensed again in cooler.
The reductive condensed water is discharged by water receiver. The dry gas, which are condensed and rid of moisture twice, are discharged to air by vacuum pump so that it protects vacuum pump.
VI. Installation & Testing
I. 3BInstallation 1. The machine should place on the flat floor 2. The machine is removable type; the users just move it near to the oil tank is ok. 3. The user should choose the electrical wire which can bear the largest current of this machine
II. 4BTesting 1. Turn off all valves then connect each junction of inlet oil pipe and outlet oil pipe. Make sure all
channels which oil get through are smoothly. 2. Get through three-phase, four-wires electrical power correctly. 3. Start vacuum pump and exhausted oil pump. Make sure the circle direction is correct and whether
the vacuum pump motor and oil pump motor exist problems. 4. Checking whether the temperature controller & heater are connected. 5. Shut off the valve, which is connected with air. Start the side valve then start vacuum pump. When
the vacuum gauge shows the largest vacuum degree stable, pls stop the vacuum pump for 5 minutes.

6. Observing the pointer up and down don’t excess0.001Mpa, otherwise you need eliminate the fault.
VII VII. Operation ProcessT & TInstruction
1. TOperation Process 1. Start vacuum valve on the air inlet pipe of vacuum pump then start vacuum pump. observe the vacuum. 2. Open the overflow valve. The pressure adjust 0.3Mpa (it has been adjusted before out of factory) 3. Open the oil inlet valve when the vacuum degree below 0.08Mpa. 4. When the oil poured into vacuum pump and the oil level up to the middle of the oil level gauge then
open the deliver valve (note: there are two oil outlet valves. For second purifying, close the precision valve 22. Then close down the precise valve 20 when using precision filter).At last, start oil pump 25.
Pay attention: You must open the oil outlet valve firstly then you can start oil pump. Otherwise it will destroy the purifier.
5. Watch the change of pressure gauge (exhausted oil pressure should be limited between 0-0.4Mpa, 0Mpa is best), check whether the machine exist gas leaking, if it dose, close overflow valve.
6. Change the oil inlet valve to have the quantity of inlet oil and outlet oil balance and to have the oil level
gauge on the vacuum tank is at the middle.(after normally work, the infrared level auto-controller can work.)
7. After the oil cycle regularly, the auto-control heater can work. Make sure t the temperature is between
45-65℃ before start the heater, and 65℃is the best. According to oil quantity and temperature, decide whether start heater.
8. After the machine work regularly, take the sample to assay. 9. Usually we needn’t accessory vacuum resource and heater when vacuum dry and pour oil into
transformer, mutual inductor, and pipe. The power can satisfy the need of drying apparatus. (1) All core should put into oil completely when spray or dry. When period circulation purification, pls
control the oil speed, oil inlet temperature, and the time. (2) There should be some eligible oil in the vacuum before the whole machine start.
10. Some operation of ZYA is same with ZY. The computer instruction is attached in addition.
2. Instruction 1). The environment/ ambient temperature is between -25 ~ 45℃ when the machine is working. 2). The altitude height of the working point will influence the vacuum degree of the machine directly. The
higher the altitude height is, the lower the vacuum degree is (negative value).
3). The used oil can not be too dirty (the oil doesn’t have too many impurities), otherwise it should use other purification plant to filter sufficiently such as JL Portable Oil Purifying and Oiling Machine. The measure can avoid influencing the degassing efficient of purifier, jamming the machine and shorting the lifetime of purifier.

3. Stopping While oil used out and need shop the machine 1). Stop heater firstly then continue add oil 3-5 minutes. After that, close the primary valve 15, 20 and 22. 2). Turn off the vacuum pump valve 29.Turn on vent valve 7 to release all vacuum. 3). Turn off the exhausted oil pump after all oil is released out. 4). Turn on the valve 1 under the cooler, exhaust all left oil &water. After that, turn off valve 1 5). If happen to urgent thing, you can press the urgent stop button directly. When start the machine again, you need circulate the urgent stop button in clockwiseT
5B4. Note 1). When the vacuum pump starts to work, pay attention to the oil scale (oil level should be above the oil
scale). 2). If there is much water in cooler, remove it immediately. 3). Pay more attentions on the pressure gauge. When pressure is over 0.3Mpa, clean purifier or change
filtering elements. 4). The filter net of primary filter and secondary filter should be cleaned regularly to avoid jamming. 5). Note whether there is noise of pump and whether the machine is regular or not. 6). Drain up oil when the machine is laid aside.
VIII. Maintenance 1. Check the filter after run a long time
a. Check whether the electrical controller is safe, reliable. b. Check whether the temperature controller is agility, reliable, nicety c. Check whether the oil sealing of the pump exist gas leaking or oil leaking. d. Check whether there is jamming and whether the noise is regular e. Whether oil level controller is reliable.
2. After generator run 3000 hours, pls adding some Tlubricating grease to avoid burning. T3. Add and change vacuum oil regularly. pls use the specially vacuum pump oil for vacuum pump or N46 lubricant oil. 4. If the machine lay aside more than one month, put it in a dry place. Turn off all electrical controllers and valves, paint anti-rust axunge, and cover the whole equipment.
IX The Process of On-line Operation
Preparation: 1. Be ready for 5-6% eligible transformer oil. 2. The Toil outletT valve should match inlet pump. 3. The oil purifier should be filled with 1/2 eligible oil. (pressure value≥50KV);

4. Open the cover of transformer oil then insert the oil outlet pipe under oil level. Seal the cover with clean purify paper or membrane.
5. Insert the inlet pipe into the oil box, which has eligible oil. 6. Turn on the oil outlet valve under transformer, release 3-5% transformer oil (they are mainly impurities and
water). 7. When go on process six, adjust high vacuum (up –0.09Mpa) and add oil of transformer. 8. After releasing 3-5% waste oil through the oil outlet valve, connect oil outlet with this valve. 9. Now the oil purifier can work normally. 6BNOTICE First, operate with electrical should be in a fine day. Second, connect oil outlet should be finished under guidance of engineer. Third, before working, the oil purifier must be good quality.
