Za punjenje jaja:
200 g mladog sira
2 kaike majoneza
3 kisela krastavca
100 g salame (po izboru)
so, biber
Ostali materijal:
zelena salata
kobasice (ili virle)
dil - perun (po izboru)
PripremaJaja skuvati, oljutiti, isei 1/3 od vrha, malo dno isei (poravnati da stoji) i izvaditi kaiico
umance. Mladi sir viljukom izgnjeiti, dodati majonez, na sitne kockice iseckane, krastavc
salamu i preostala umanca i belanca. Po ukusu posoliti i pobiberiti. Masu izjednaiti i istom
puniti izdubljena jaja. Jaja se pune tako to se napuni izdubljenje i jo jedna kaiica
pripremljene mase preko stavi.
Paradajz oprati, izbrisati (prosuiti), isei 2/3 i izdubiti noem (izvaditi deo sa semenjem).
Kada se to uradi, zasei noem (na tom poklopcu) mala udubljenja i u ista istisnuti malo
majoneza. Ovako pripremljen paradajz (poklopac) naneti na napunjeno jaje.
Kobasice (virsle) isei na manje delove. akalicom probusiti rupicu i u nju staviti malu
granicu dila ili peruna.
Dekoracija tacne:
Sitno iseckati zelenu salatu, postaviti na tacnu i po njoj nareati pripremljena jaja peurke.
Vei list salate, staviti u jedan ugao tacne i na isti naneti preostali deo mase (ono cime su se

pripremljene delove kobasice, rasporediti po tacni.
P. S. Ovako pripremljena tacna, predstavlja mali brezuljak sa drvecem i peurkama.
Sluiti na tanjir postavljen listom zelene salate. Staviti jednu pripremljeno jaje peurku i
jednu kaiku pripremljene mase brezuljka.
Delove paradajza koji ostanu (pri dubljenju i seenju) ne bacati, ve iskoristiti za salatu ili pr
kuvanju jela.
