Q 1. Bagaimana saya hendak membuat semakan akaun pelajar dan membuat bayaran?
Akaun pelajar boleh disemak melalui UTMSmart Apps seperti di bawah:

Student accounts can be checked through UTMSmart Apps as below:
a. Download UTMSmart Apps in Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
b. Login using UTMID and password.
c. Click on “Financial Status” icon
d. Choose semester
e. Click on Debit - to view fees and charges
f. Click on Credit - to view payment and fee adjustment
g. Click on Outstanding Details – to view outstanding items
h. Click on Payment status – to view or download Copy of Official Receipt
Q 2. Bagaimana saya hendak membuat bayaran?
Pelajar boleh membuat bayaran di UTMSmart Apps seperti di bawah:

Students can make payments in UTMSmart Apps as below:
a. Download UTMSmart Apps in Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
b. Login using UTMID and password.
c. Click on “Financial Status” icon
d. Choose semester
e. Click on Outstanding Details – to view outstanding items
f. Select and/or edit the outstanding amount.
g. Choose FPX or Credit Card (Master / Visa)
h. Choose Bank
i. Follow the instruction for banking process as indicated.
j. Make sure the transaction status is “successful” and must ensure it return back
to UTMSmart Apps page (to avoid fail transaction or fail auto payment update)

*Payment will be auto update at student account within 30 minutes.
*An official receipt will be sent to your registered email address after sucessful transaction.
*FPX charges is RM0.50 per transaction
Q 3. Saya tidak boleh login UTMSmart Apps, untuk menyemak akaun pelajar dan
membuat bayaran. Bagaimana?
a) Pelajar boleh menyemak akaun pelajar di portal MyUTM seperti di bawah:

a) Students can check their student accounts in MyUTM portal as below:
1. Go to my.utm.my
2. Login using UTMID and your password
3. Click ‘My Profile’
4. Go to ‘Student Info’ menu
5. Select ‘Financial’
6. To view your student account, please refer ‘Student Account’ tab.
7. Go to semester that you would like to view:
8. Click on blue amount at “Debit” column to view details of fee and charges
9. Click on blue amount at “Credit” column to view payment and fee adjustment.
b) Pelajar boleh membuat bayaran di portal MyUTM seperti di bawah:

*Please disable pop-up blocker if wish to proceed with payment.
*Student Account will be update within three (3) working days (excluding the payment day).
The number of days is counted from the date UTM receives payment (data from bank).
*An Official Receipt can be obtained after successful payment. No official receipt will be
sent to registered email. Student is advised to download and save for own record.
*FPX service charge is RM0.50.

Q 4. Saya tidak tahu UTMID saya atau terlupa kata laluan UTMID. Apa yang saya perlu
lakukan?

Q 5. Bolehkah saya membayar yuran secara tunai di kaunter Jabatan Bendahari?
Tidak boleh.
Q 5. Can I pay the fee in cash at the Bursar's Department counter?
No.
Q 6. Bolehkah saya membuat bayaran melalui ATM transfer atau Bank Interfund Transfer
atau Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)?
Kaedah bayaran yang dinyatakan adalah dilarang. Sekiranya bayaran telah dibuat, pelajar
perlu menghubungi kepada Jabatan Bendahari untuk mengetahui tindakan yang perlu
diambil. Proses kemaskini akan mengambil masa lebih panjang dan Jabatan Bendahari
tidak bertanggungjawab atas segala kesulitan.
Q 6. Can I make payment via ATM transfer or Interfund Bank Transfer or Cash Deposit
Machine (CDM)?
The payment methods specified are prohibited. If payment has been made, students
should contact the Bursar's Department to find out what action to take. The update process
will take longer and the Bursar's Department is not responsible for any inconveniences.
Q 7. Bolehkah saya membayar yuran melalui portal e-commerce?
Tidak boleh. Portal e-commerce hanya untuk calon pelajar. Pelajar yang telah mendapat
UTMID, perlu membuat bayaran melalui UTMSmart Apps.
Q 7. Can I pay fees through the e-commerce portal?
No. The e-commerce portal is for prospective students only. Students who have received
UTMID, need to make a payment through UTMSmart Apps.
Q 8. Saya ingin membayar menggunakan kaedah bayaran lain yang dibenarkan. Apakah
kesannya?
Bayaran menggunakan kaedah lain tidak digalakkan kerana terdapat proses-proses
manual yang mengambil masa. Pelajar digalakkan membayar melalui UTMSmart Apps
kerana kemaskini bayaran di akaun pelajar adalah dalam masa 30 minit, resit rasmi
dihantar ke emal yang didaftarkan, salinan resit rasmi boleh didownlod semula dan
pelepasan automatik sekatan hutang sekiranya selesai membayar penuh.

Q 8. I would like to pay using other allowed payment methods. What are the effects?
Payments using other methods are not recommended because there are manual
processes that takes time. Students are encouraged to pay via UTMSmart Apps because
payment update into student account is within 30 minutes, official receipt will be sent to
the registered email, a copy of the official receipt can be download and automatic
clearance of the debt restrictions if payment is made in full.
Q 9. Saya telah membuat bayaran dan telah ditolak di akaun bank saya. Akan tetapi
sistem mengatakan transaksi bayaran gagal / tiada resit rasmi dihantar ke emel saya
/ tiada kemaskini bayaran secara automatik di akaun pelajar saya selepas 30 minit.
Apa yang perlu saya lakukan?
Emelkan aduan ke [email protected]. Mohon sertakan juga screenshot akaun bank
di mana tolakan bayaran telah berlaku. Kami akan membuat semakan lanjut.
Q 9. I have made payments and have been deducted in my bank account. But the system
says the payment transaction failed / no official receipt was sent to my email / no
automatic payment update on my student account after 30 minutes. What should I
do?
Please email a complaint to [email protected] . Please attach the screenshot of the
bank account where the payment has sucessfully deducted. We will check further.
Q 10. Saya telah membuat bayaran menggunakan kaedah bayaran selain di UTMSmart
Apps atau portal MyUTM. Saya memerlukan resit rasmi.
Resit Rasmi atau pengesahan bayaran akan dikeluarkan hanya untuk tujuan audit
percukaian (LHDN) sahaja. Jabatan Bendahari tidak mengeluarkan resit rasmi kerana
universiti telah menyediakan kaedah bayaran yang berupaya mengeluarkan resit rasmi
digital selepas bayaran berjaya dibuat.
Q 10. I have paid using payment methods other than at UTMSmart Apps or MyUTM portal.
I need an official receipt.
An Official Receipt or confirmation of payment will be issued only for tax audit purposes
only. The Bursar's Department did not issue an official receipt as the university has
prepared a payment method capable of issuing official digital receipts after successful
payment is made.

Q 11. Apkah kriteria sekatan hutang yang dikenakan kepada pelajar?
Sekatan hutang akan dikenakan kepada pelajar yang mempunyai hutang pada semester-
semester lepas. Rujuk jadual di bawah untuk kriteria sekatan hutang:

Q 11. What are the criteria for debt restrictions (barred status) imposed on students?
Debt restrictions will be imposed on students who have debts in the last semester. Refer
to the table below for debt restriction criteria:

No Example: Ahmad is sponsored by the XXY Foundation. Sponsored fees are tuition and hostel fees only. There are an outstanding of tuition and hostel fees in his student account. His sponsors have not yet paid tuition and hostel fees. The barred status will NOT apply to Ahmad as both fees are under sponsorship
5 Sponsored and payment is through University

Barred Example: Ali is sponsored by the XXX Foundation. Sponsored fees are tuition fees only. Hostel fees are not sponsored. Sponsor has not yet paid tuition fees. Ali have not pay hostel fees & security penalty. The barred status will be imposed on Ali as he has an outstanding of hostel fees (unsponsored fee) & penalty. Any payment for unsponsored fee/charge/penalties after 28 September 2020, must email payment proof to [email protected] for manual barred release.
Q 12. Bilakah sekatan hutang bagi pendaftaran kursus semester 1, 2020/2021 akan
dilaksanakan oleh Jabatan Bendahari?
Sekatan hutang akan dilaksanakan pada 27 September 2020. Pelajar digalakkan
membuat bayaran hutang sebelum perlaksanaan sekatan hutang tersebut.

Q 12. When will the debt restriction for semester 1 course registration, 2020/2021 be
implemented by the Bursar's Department?
Debt restrictions will be implemented on 27 September 2020. Students are encouraged to
make debt payments earlier or prior to the implementation of debt restrictions.
Q 13. Di akaun pelajar saya, terdapat caj yuran di semester 1, 2020/2021? Adakah saya
akan dikenakan sekatan hutang untuk pendaftaran kursus semester 1, 2020/2021?
Tidak. Sekatan hutang hanya akan dikenakan jika mempunyai hutang di semester-
semester lepas.
Q 13. In my student account, is there a fee charge in semester 1, 2020/2021? Will I be
subjected to debt restrictions for semester 1, 2020/2021 course registration?
No. Debt restrictions will only be imposed if they have debts in the previous semesters.
Q 14. Saya pelajar program IDP atau pelajar UTMSpace. Adakah saya juga tertakluk
kepada sekatan hutang walaupun akaun pelajar adalah di UTMSpace?
Ya, jika mempunyai hutang di rekod Jabatan Bendahari, UTM.
Q 14. I am a student of an IDP program or a UTMSpace student. Am I also subject to debt
restrictions even though my student account is under UTMSpace?
Yes, if there is a debt in the Bursar's Department records, UTM.
Q 15. Saya adalah pelajar berpenaja. Akaun pelajar saya menunjukkan penaja belum
membuat bayaran untuk semester lepas. Adakah saya akan ditahan?
Rujuk jadual di soalan 11.
Namun begitu, Universiti berhak untuk membuat sekatan jika penaja gagal menjelaskan
hutang melebihi 2 semester.
Q 15. I am sponsored student. My student account shows sponsors haven't made a
payment for the last semester. Will I be barred?
Refer to the table in question 11.
However, the University reserves the right to imposed debt restrictions if the sponsor fails
to make payment for more than 2 semesters.
Q 16. Saya ingin mendaftar kursus tetapi mempunyai hutang. Bolehkah sekatan
dilepaskan jika saya membuat bayaran minima atau ansuran?
Tidak boleh.
Q 16. I would like to register a course but have debt. Can the restrictions be released if I
make minimum payment or instalments?
No.

Q 17. Saya telah disekat. Saya telah membuat bayaran penuh melalui UTMSmart Apps
dan portal MyUTM. Adakah saya perlu memaklumkan atau datang ke kaunter
Seksyen Kewangan Pelajar, Jabatan Bendahari?
Tidak perlu. Sekiranya hutang telah dibayar secara penuh di UTMSmart Apps atau portal
MyUTM, sistem akan melepaskan sekatan secara auto kecuali untuk pelajar tajaan Jenis
5 dalam jadual soalan 11 di atas.
Q 17. I was blocked. I have made full payment via UTMSmart Apps and MyUTM portal. Do
I need to inform or come to the counter of the Students' Financial Section, Bursar's
Department?
No need. If the debt has been paid in full at UTMSmart Apps or MyUTM portal, the system
will release the restrictions automatically except for sponsored students item no. 5 as per
table in question 11 above.
Q 18. Saya tidak mempunyai hutang tetapi disekat. Apa yang perlu saya buat?
Mohon hubungi kami untuk semakan dan pelepasan sekatan hutang secara manual. Bolh
rujuk soalan 55 di bawah untuk maklumat yang boleh dihubungi.
Q 18. I have no debt but blocked. What should I do?
Please contact us for manual debt restriction release. Our contact details can be referred
at question 55 below.
RALAT CAJ / CHARGE DISPUTE
Q 19. Saya telah menyemak akaun pelajar. Saya mendapati caj tersebut tidak patut dicaj
ke atas saya atau jumlah caj adalah berbeza dari sepatutnya. Apa yang perlu saya
lakukan?
Mohon rujuk dan membuat semakan bersama pejabat di bawah:
a. Caj yuran asrama/rumah bekeluarga, denda/caj asrama: Kolej kediaman pelajar
b. Caj keselamatan: Bahagian Keselamatan
c. Caj perpustakaan: Perpustakaan
d. Caj akademik seperti yuran viva, caj denda lewat daftar, caj ulang gred dan
sebagainya: Fakulti/Sekolah
e. Caj yuran pengajian, yuran semester pendek: Jabatan Bendahari
Pejabat di atas (selain Jabatan Bendahari), perlu menghantar surat rasmi ke Jabatan
Bendahari untuk pelarasan caj di akaun pelajar.

Q 19. I have reviewed my student accounts. I find that such charges should not be
charged on me or the amount of charges is different from what it should be. What
should I do?
Please check with the office below:
a. Hostel/Family House fee charges, fines/hostel charges: Student Residential
College
b. Security charges: Security Division
c. Library Charges: Library
d. Academic charges such as viva fees, late charges of registers, re-grade charges
etc: Faculty/School
e. Tuition fee charges, short semester fees: Bursar's Department
The above office (except Bursar's Department), must send an official letter to the Bursar's
Department for charge adjustments in student accounts.
Q 20. Saya telah membuat bayaran yuran atau denda di kolej kediaman secara tunai tetapi
caj masih berstatus hutang? Apa yang perlu saya lakukakan?
Rujuk pejabat kolej kediaman seperti soalan 19 di atas.
Q 20. I have paid fees or fines at residential colleges in cash but charges are still shown
debt status? What should I do?
Please refer to residential college office as per question 19 above.
Q 21. Saya telah graduan tetapi masih ada caj yuran pengajian semester 1, 2020/2021
pada akaun pelajar saya. Saya telah disekat dari memohon transkrip dan sijil. Apa
yang harus saya lakukan?
Jabatan Bendahari akan menghapuskan caj yuran pengajian selepas kod Aktif di
semester 1, 2020/2021 telah bertukar ke kod Graduan. Pertukaran kod dilakukan oleh
pejabat akademik.
Q 21. I have graduated but there are still tuition fee charges for semester 1, 2020/2021 on
my student account. I was blocked from applying for transcripts and certificates.
What should I do?
The Bursar's Department will eliminate the fee charge after the Active code in semester
1, 2020/2021 has switched to the Graduate code. Change of code is done by the academic
office.

Q 22. Saya telah tangguh pengajian atau menamatkan pengajian di UTM. Mengapa akaun
pelajar saya di caj yuran pengajian?
Jabatan Bendahari akan menghapuskan caj yuran pengajian pada semester berkaitan
selepas kod “Aktif” pada semester berkaitan telah bertukar ke kod “Tangguh” atau kod
tamat pengajian. Pertukaran kod aktif dilakukan oleh pejabat akademik.
Penghapusan caj yuran pengajian akan dilakukan jika pelajar tidak mendaftar kursus
kecuali untuk pelajar program persediaan Bahasa Inggeris dan program pra-syarat.
Q 22. I have deferred or ended my study at UTM. Why my student account still got tuition
fee charges?
The Bursar's Department will eliminate the tuition fee charges after the “Active” code in
the relevant semester has switched to the “Deferment” code or Inactive code. The change
of active code is done by the academic office.
Tuition fee charges will be eliminated if students are not registered a course, except for
students under English programs and Bridging/Pre-Master program.
Q 23. Saya telah dikenakan 2 kali caj yuran pendaftaran. Apa yang saya perlu lakukan?
Emelkan aduan anda ke [email protected] dengan melampirkan surat tawaran
pengajian.
Q 23. I have been charged 2 times for registration fee. What do I need to do?
Please email your complaint to the [email protected] by attaching your Offer Letter.

Q 24. Bilakah tarikh pembayaran PTPTN untuk pelajar kanan?
Untuk bayaran kelompok pertama: 23 September 2020
Untuk bayaran kelompok kedua: 07 Oktober 2020
Q 24. When is PTPTN payment date for senior students?
For first batch payments: 23 September 2020
For second batch payment: 07 October 2020
Q 25. Bagaimana saya hendak menyemak transaksi bayaran PTPTN di akaun Bank Islam
saya?
Pelajar boleh menyemak transaksi bayaran PTPTN dan arahan potongan yuran di akaun
Bank Islam seperti contoh paparan di bawah:

Q 25. How do I check the PTPTN payment transaction in my Bank Islam account?
Students can check their PTPTN payment transactions and fee deduction to UTM at Bank
Islam account. Refer example of screenshot below:
A – Debit: Potongan yuran ke UTM / Debit: Fee deductions to UTM B – Credit: Bayaran pinjaman PTPTN kepada Pelajar / Credit: PTPTN loan payments to Students
Q 26. Pinjaman PTPTN (B) saya di akaun Bank Islam berbeza dengan pinjaman yang
sepatutnya saya terima. Apa yang perlu saya lakukan?
Mohon pelajar merujuk pejabat PTPTN berdekatan.
Q 26. My PTPTN (B) loan as shown in Bank Islam account differs from the loan that I
should receive. What should I do?
Please refer to the nearest PTPTN office.
Q 27. Apakah yuran yang ditolak dalam dalam potongan yuran PTPTN ini?
Semua yuran dan caj/denda yang telah dicaj di akaun pelajar pada 22 September 2020.
Memandangkan tiada caj yuran kolej kediaman semester 1, 2020/2021 dimasukkan di
akaun pelajar pada tarikh pengesahan ke PTPTN, maka tiada potongan yuran ke UTM
untuk yuran kolej kediaman. Pelajar perlu menjelaskan sendiri yuran kolej kediaman
sekiranya ada.
Q 27. What are the fees deducted in the PTPTN fee deduction?
All fees and charges/penalties charges on student account as at 22 September 2020.
Since there are no residential college fees for semester 1, 2020/2021 charged in student
account on the date of confirmation to PTPTN, there is no fee deduction to UTM for
residential college fees. Students are required to settle their own residential college fees
if any
Q 28. Adakah potongan yuran PTPTN semester 1, 2020/2021 ini telah mengambil kira
pelarasan pengurangan yuran perkhidmatan dan yuran kolej kediaman semester 2,
2019/2020?
Ya, telah diambilkira untuk pelajar yang telah membuat pra-pendaftaran kursus sahaja.

Q 28. Does the PTPTN fee deduction for semester 1, 2020/2021 have taken into account
the reduction adjustment of service fees and the fees of the residential college
semester 2, 2019/2020?
Yes, it has been taken into account for students who have done pre-registration courses
only.
Q 29. Berapa lamakah tempoh kemaskini yuran semester 1, 2020/2021 di akaun pelajar
saya?
Jab. Bendahari akan mengemaskini secara berperingkat yuran semester 1, 2020/2021 di
akaun pelajar dalam masa 30 hari bekerja selepas tarikh bayaran pinjaman PTPTN.
Q 29. How long does it take to update semester 1, 2020/2021 fees on my student account?
Bursar’s Department will update semester 1, 2020/2021 fees, by batches, at student
account within 30 working days from the date of payment.
Q 30. Pinjaman PTPTN saya telah dibuat potongan yuran untuk semester 1, 2020/2021.
Tetapi tiada kemaskini di akaun pelajar saya selepas 30 hari bekerja. Mengapa?
Kemaskini akaun pelajar hanya akan diproses setelah pelajar mendaftar kursus di
semester 1, 2020/2021.
Q 30. My PTPTN loan has deducted fees for semester 1, 2020/2021. But there were no
updates on my student account after 30 working days. Why?
Student account updates will only be processed after students have registered courses
for semester 1, 2020/2021.
Q 31. Saya belum menerima pinjaman PTPTN di akaun Bank Islam saya. Apakah yang
saya perlu lakukan?
Pelajar dinasihatkan membuat semakan sekali lagi selepas tarikh bayaran PTPTN
kelompok kedua seperti soalan 24 di atas. Jika masih tiada bayaran pinjaman PTPTN
selepas tarikh itu, ini bermakna pelajar tidak mendapat pembiayaan dari PTPTN bagi
semester 1, 2020/2021.
Q 31. I have not received a PTPTN loan on my Bank Islam account. What do I need to do?
Students are advised to check again after the payment date of the second batch as per
question 24 above. If no PTPTN payment after that date, it means that the student does
not receive any financing from PTPTN for semester 1, 2020/2021.

Q 32. Saya masih belum menerima pembiayaan PTPTN selepas tarikh bayaran kelompok
kedua dan saya seharusnya mendapat pembiayaan. Apakah yang harus saya
lakukan?
Mohon emelkan aduan kepada Puan Nur Mawati ( [email protected] ) . Kami akan
membuat semakan lanjut dengan data PTPTN.
Q 32. I did not receive PTPTN loan after the second batch payment date and I should have
received the loan. What should I do?
Please email your queries to Madam Nur Mawati ( [email protected]). We will check
further with PTPTN data.
Q 33. Saya mendapati terdapat lebihan potongan yuran PTPTN. Adakah saya akan
mendapat pemulangan dari Universiti?
Sekiranya terdapat lebihan, pemulangan akan dilaksanakan sekiranya maklumat akaun
bank pelajar lengkap (CIMB atau Bank Islam).
Pelajar boleh menyemak no. akaun bank yang didaftarkan melalui portal MyUTM > Login
> My Profile > Student Info > Financial > Tab Scholarship Status (seperti screenshot di
bawah). Untuk kemaskini akaun bank CIMB atau Bank Islam, mohon emelkan salinan
penyata bank atau screenshot online banking (wajib paparkan nama penuh dan nombor
akaun bank) ke [email protected]
Q 33. I found there was an over-deduction of PTPTN fees. Will I get a refund from the
University?
If there is over-deduction, the refund will be made if the student's bank account information
is complete (CIMB or Bank Islam).
Students can check their registered bank account no. through MyUTM portal > Login >
My Profile > Student Info > Financial > Tab Scholarship Status (screenshot as below). For
CIMB or Bank Islam bank account updates, please email a copy of the bank statement or
screenshot of online banking (must display full name and bank account no.) to our general
email: [email protected]

Q 34. Saya mempunyai tunggakan hutang di semester lepas dan disekat dari mendaftar
kursus. Bolehkah potongan yuran semester 1, 2020/2021 ini dilaraskan dengan
tunggakan hutang semester lepas?
Tidak boleh.

permohonan pengeluaran pendidikan di pejabat KWSP. Bolehkah sekatan hutang
dilepaskan sementara menunggu pengeluaran pendidikan saya selesai?
Pelajar diminta menyemak status kelulusan pengeluaran di i-akaun KWSP dari masa ke
masa dari tarikh permohonan dihantar ke KWSP. Sekiranya telah diluluskan, mohon
emelkan penyata sejarah pengeluaran KWSP untuk semakan dan pelepasan sekatan
hutang (jika layak).
Q 38. I have debt for previous semesters. I have submitted EPF education withdrawal to
the EPF office. Can I be released from debt restriction while waiting for withdrawal
approval from EPF?
Students are required to check the status of approval at EPF's i-akaun from time to time
after application is submitted to the EPF. If withdrawal is approved, kindly email to us your
EPF Withdrawal History Statement for our checking and debt restriction release (if
eligible).
Q 39. Di i-akaun KWSP saya, KWSP telah membuat bayaran ke “Bendahari UTM” atau
“Bendahari UTM KL” dan cek dalam proses penghantaran ke Universiti. Bolehkah
sekatan hutang saya dilepaskan?
Pelajar perlu emelkan penyata sejarah pengeluaran KWSP ke [email protected]
untuk semakan Jabatan Bendahari. Kami akan membuat pelepasan sekatan hutang
sekiranya layak.
Q 39. At my EPF i-akaun, the EPF has made payments to "Bendahari UTM" or "Bendahari
UTM KL" and cheques in the process of delivery to the University. Can my debt
restrictions be released?
Students are required to email the EPF Withdrawal History Statement to email address:
[email protected] for further cehcking. We will release debt restriction if eligible.

Department?
3 working days from the date of receipt. 14 working days if application made on the month
of new student registration. Student have to self collect the letter at counter.

Dalam masa 14 hari bekerja selepas cek KWSP diterima oleh Seksyen Kewangan Pelajar,
Jabatan Bendahari.

Within 14 working days after the EPF cheques are received by the Student Financial
Section, Bursar's Department.
Q 42. Adakah UTM mempunyai perkhidmatan e-pengeluaran KWSP?
Belum buat masa ini. UTM masih dalam proses integrasi bersama KWSP dan akan
maklumkan jika perkhidmatan ini sedia digunakan.

Not at this moment. UTM is still in the process of integration with the EPF and will inform
if the service is ready for use.
Q 43. Adakah UTMSpace adalah entiti yang sama dengan UTM di e-pengeluaran KWSP?

Q 44. Adakah Jabatan Bendahari mengeluarkan Surat Pengesahan Kewangan berkaitan
yuran program akademik?
Jabatan Bendahari hanya akan mengeluarkan surat pengesahan kewangan untuk tujuan
di bawah:
a) Zakat – Mohon lampirkan surat dari Zakat
b) LHDN – Mohon lampirkan surat audit percukaian daripada LHDN
c) Lain-lain agensi – Wajib melampirkan dokumen rasmi dari Syarikat atau Penaja yang
jelas menyatakan keperluan surat pengesahan kewangan tersebut.
Q 44. Does the Bursar's Department issue a Financial Letter relating to academic
programme fees?
The Bursar's Department will only issue a financial letter for the purposes below:
a) Zakat – Apply for attachment of letter from Zakat
b) IRB – Apply for attachment of tax audit letter from IRB
c) Other agencies – It is obligatory to attach official documents from the Company or
sponsors which clearly state the requirements of the financial confirmation letter.

sekatan hutang saya dilepaskan sementara untuk urusan visa?
Tidak boleh. Pelepasan sekatan hutang akan dibuat jika hutang telah dijelaskan
sepenuhnya.
Q 47. I have debt on my student account and I was blocked from course registration. I
have to register courses to renew my visa. Can debt restrictions be temporarily
released for visa purpose?
No. Debt restriction release will be made if the debt has been fully settled.
Q 48. Berkaitan soalan 47 di atas, bolehkah saya membayar bayaran minima atau ansuran
tunggakan hutang untuk membolehkan saya memperbaharui visa?

Q 51. Saya akan menghantar tesis untuk peperiksaan lisan (viva voce) pada atau selepas
02 Oktober 2020. Adakah yuran semester 1, 2020/2021 akan dikenakan kepada
saya?
Ya, yuran pengajian akan dikenakan.
Pelajar wajib mendaftar kursus di sem 1, 2020/2021 terlebih dahulu sebelum tesis boleh
dihantar untuk tujuan peperiksaan lisan (viva voce)
Q 51. I will submit my thesis for oral exam (viva voce) on or after 02 October 2020. Will
the semester 1, 2020/2021 fee apply to me?
Yes, tuition fees will apply.
Students are required to register courses at semester 1, 2020/2021 before the thesis can
be submitted for oral examination (viva voce)
Q 52. Saya memenuhi syarat kelayakan untuk pengurangan yuran pelajaran kerana
menghantar tesis sebelum cuti pertengahan semester. Adakah saya masih perlu
menjelaskan yuran pengajian semester 1, 2020/2021?
Ya, perlu. Kami akan membuat pemulangan jika layak (setelah menerima arahan rasmi
dari pejabat pelulus iaitu AMD).

Yes. We will refund the fees if eligible (upon receiving instructions from the approval office

Please visit Bursar's Department counter. Letters can be obtained on the same day.
Q 54. Saya pelajar berpenaja dan yuran viva akan dibayar oleh penaja saya.
Sekiranya pelajar berhasrat untuk menghantar tesis dalam masa terdekat, mohon hadir
ke kaunter Seksyen Kewangan Pelajar, Jabatan Bendahari untuk mendapatkan surat
pelepasan hutang viva voce. Kami akan membuat catatan di surat berkenaan bahawa
yuran viva adalah ditaja. Bil kepada penaja akan dibuat selepas yuran viva selesai dicaj
di akaun pelajar oleh faculty.
Q 54. I am a sponsored student and the viva fee will be paid by my sponsor.
If the student intends to submit the thesis in the near future, kindly visit Student Financial
Section counter, Bursar's Department to obtain a debt release letter for viva voce. We will
make a remark in the said letter that the viva fee is a sponsored fee. We will bill to sponsors
once viva fee is charged into student account by faculty.
