Backed by more than two decades, of experience in Steel making, Bhushan Steel is now Indias 3rd largest Secondary Steel Producer Company. BSL is one of the biggest steel plants which are having its own 6-Hi Cold-Rolling Mill, Galvanizing Line, Color Coating Line, Power Plant, Tube Plant, API (Erw Pipe) & 3-LPE Coating Plant & many other facilities with its own Hi-tech R&D section. This manufactures & supply coils, sheets to Automobiles industries & General Engineering Industries. JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

a) To procure required material by Raising Indents & follow-up with material. Inspection of material at store.

b) Maintain Consumable items stock related with Production/Maintenance.

c) I am responsible for planning activities and implementing them for the best result.d) To ensure proper safety measures of equipment & person.

e) Prepare the Raw Material Requisition Plan (Monthly as well as weekly) & maintain raw material stock on daily basis.f) Follow up the preventive maintenance schedule of machinery. g) To make Daily/Monthly Production/Breakdown report.h) Look out the process flow in SAP .And also track the indent material status in SAP.

i) To allocate the manpower as per requirements.j) Prepare the Process Flow Chart/QAP keeping customer requirement sheet in mind.k) Lead the Department reporting to Departmental Head.l) Maintain the standard of product as per customer requirement.

m) To ensure effective implementation function to minimize breakdown of the plant & machineryn) Prepare documents for audit EHS (EMS+OHSAS), API Q1 & ISO-QMS & Play key role from department side in these entire audits.

o) All documentation works on Excel, Office easily done.p) Safety Committee & EHS Core Team member in plant from department side.

q) Core team member of Energy conservation.r) Routinely check the hydraulic/air supply line during operation.

s) To motive and train the people working in department for best result.

t) To ensure proper safety measures of equipment & person.

u) To maintain all the relevant records concern to the department.
