Peter wants to watch a film. He is reading some film reviews in a magazine. Read them

carefully. Choose the best answers for Questions 17-21 and complete Question 22.

Film CornerChristmas is approaching! With so many films awaiting you at the cinema, are you still thinking about which one to watch? The following comments from our professional film reviewers might be a good guide for you!

Two Days ✯✯✯✯✯How would you spend your life if you know that you are going to die two days later? Johnny chooses to pay a visit to everyone he hates and tries his best to solve the conflicts with them. The plot is touching and full of surprising twists. Highly recommended!

Mary Weasley’s Magical Journey ✯✯✯✯✯Do you love going to new places with your friends? This film is a must-see for every adventurous person! This exciting film starts as Mary walks to her friends’ home inside a forest. Suddenly, a strange storm sweeps them and the house to an unknown area. What will they see when they are there? Go to the cinema to find it out! This imaginative story will not disappoint! (Reviewer: Tom Chan) 10

Noriko and Her Little Poodle ✯✯✯✯Noriko has always wanted her parents to buy her a poodle dog but her wish was not granted until her 12th birthday. Noriko loves her pet so much but one day, the little poodle is diagnosed as having cancer. The touching story will attract animal-lovers, but it is really tear-jerking. Watch only if you don’t mind a tearful Christmas. (Reviewer: Samson Mak)

Japan ✯✯Many teenagers are attracted to Japanese pop culture. Now there is a documentary about the history, language and traditions of Japan, but will teenagers like it when there aren’t any good-looking singers, actors or actresses in it? Anyway, the pace of the film is too slow. I almost fell asleep in the cinema!
