RULES AND REGULATION/SYARAT DAN PERATURAN:

1. General/Umum

Completion of the registration form confirms the Participant’s agreement to abide all the rules and

regulation.

Melengkapkan borang pendaftaran untuk mengesahkan perjanjian Peserta untuk mematuhi segala

peraturan.

Registration for the race is only confirmed upon payment and issuance of a race identification number.

Pendaftaran untuk perlumbaan hanya disahkan setelah pembayaran dan pemberian nombor pengenalan

kaum.

The Participant agrees to/ Peserta bersetuju untuk:

Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participant contained in the

registration form (the “Participant’s Information”)

Memberikan maklumat yang benar, tepat, terkini dan lengkap tentang Peserta yang terkandung dalam

borang pendaftaran (“Maklumat Peserta")

Maintain the security of the Participant’s password and identification.

mengekalkan keselamatan bagi kata laluan dan pengenalan Peserta.

Maintain and promptly update of Personal Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

IYMC may contact the Participant from time to time by email. Any notice sent to the email address

registered with IYMC shall be deemed as received by the Participant.

Mengekalkan dan mengemaskinikan Maklumat Peribadi untuk memastikan ia benar, tepat, terkini dan

lengkap. IYMC boleh menghubungi Peserta dari semasa ke semasa melalui e-mel. Apa-apa notis yang

dihantar ke alamat e-mel yang berdaftar dengan IYMC hendaklah disifatkan sebagai diterima oleh

Peserta.

5. Eligibility/Kelayakan

The Innovative Youth Marathon shall be conducted under Rules of and Competition Rules of “Innovative

Youth Marathon”. This competition is opened to all Malaysians, foreigners with Malaysia Permanent

Residence status, and expatriates with a Malaysia work permit. Please refer to the table on the form for

age qualifications.

Innovative Youth Marathon akan dikendalikan di bawah Kaedah-Kaedah dan Peraturan-peraturan

Pertandingan " Marathon Belia Innovative ". Pertandingan ini terbuka kepada semua rakyat Malaysia,

warga asing dengan status Malaysia Permanent Residence, dan ekspatriat dengan permit kerja

Malaysia. Sila rujuk jadual di borang untuk semak kelayakan umur.

6. Registration & Fees/Pendaftaran & Bayaran

The registration fee is RM 20.00 to all participants. Payment must be paid only in cash.

Yuran pendaftaran ialah RM 20.00 kepada semua peserta. Bayaran hanya secara tunai.

Please fill in the entry form attached with the fees and hand it over before the 31st August 2016.

Sila isi borang penyertaan yang dilampirkan dengan yuran dan menyerahkannya sebelum 31 Ogos 2016.

There will be NO refund.

TIADA bayaran balik.

A Participant is strictly not allowed to transfer his or her race entry to another party.

Peserta tidak dibenarkan untuk memindahkan atau kemasukan penyertaan beliau kepada pihak lain.

Any Participant who commences before the actual start time of the race category for which he or she is

registered will be disqualified.

Mana-mana Peserta yang mula sebelum masa permulaan sebenar kategori perlumbaan yang baginya

dia didaftarkan akan dibatalkan.

A Participant who does not start within 30 minutes from his or her respective flag off point will be

disqualified and, for safety reasons, may not be allowed to start.

Peserta yang tidak bermula dalam masa 30 minit dari bendera fly off point akan dibatalkan dan, atas

sebab-sebab keselamatan, mungkin tidak dibenarkan untuk memulakan.

7. On The Day of Marathon/ Pada Hari Larian

Participants are required to wear bib number at the back of t-shirt during the event.

Para peserta dikehendaki memakai nombor bib di belakang t-shirt pada hari acara tersebut.

All photos and videos recording taken before, during and after the Innovative Youth Marathon is the

property of the organizer and shall be used for current and future official run and other promotions.

Semua gambar dan video rakaman diambil sebelum, semasa dan selepas Innovative Youth Marathon

adalah hak milik pihak penganjur dan hendaklah digunakan untuk jangka rasmi semasa dan akan

datang dan promosi lain.

Participants are requested to bring along the receipts to the registration counter on the day of event to

collect the number for the run.

Peserta diminta untuk membawa bersama resit ke kaunter pendaftaran pada hari acara untuk

mengumpul bilangan untuk perlumbaan.

8. T-shirt & Number Collection/T-shirt & Kutipan Nombor

T-shirt will be distributed to all institutions ONE WEEK before the marathon. Please collect in

Innovative International College. The number will only be given out ON THE DAY OF the race at the

registration counter.

T-shirt akan diedarkan kepada semua institusi SATU MINGGU sebelum maraton. Sila ambil baju di

Kolej Antarabangsa Inovatif. Nombor bib itu hanya akan diberikan PADA HARI perlumbaan di

kaunter pendaftaran.

9. Drinks & Refreshment/Minuman & Penyegar

Drinks and light refreshment will be served to all runners during the program. There will be water

station along the run.

Minuman dan hidangan ringan akan dihidangkan kepada semua pelari semasa program ini. Akan ada

stesen air di sepanjang larian.

10. Certificates, Prize, Medal & Lucky Drawl/Sijil, Hadiah, Pingat & Cabutan Bertuah

IYMC reserves the right to replace any winner if he or she is found to be disqualified.

IYMC berhak untuk menggantikan mana-mana pemenang jika dia didapati hilang kelayakan.

Collection of Prize Money will only be processed, after the submission of Winner’s Information for Prize

Money Form and a copy of Participant’s Passport or Photo ID. In the event, form submission is

incomplete, participant would have to re-submit, and IYMC reserves the right to refuse incomplete forms.

Koleksi Hadiah Wang hanya akan diproses, selepas penyerahan Maklumat Pemenang Borang Hadiah

Wang Tunai dan salinan Peserta Pasport atau Photo ID. Sekiranya, membentuk penyerahan tidak

lengkap, peserta perlu mengemukakan semula, dan IYMC berhak menolak borang yang tidak lengkap.

All prizes which are not claimed within two (2) weeks from submission of Winner’s Information for

Prize Money Form will be forfeited and IYMC will be at liberty to redistribute or dispose of them

accordingly.

Semua hadiah tidak dituntut dalam masa dua (2) minggu dari penyerahan Pemenang Maklumat untuk

Borang Hadiah Wang Tunai akan dibatalkan dan IYMC akan bebas untuk mengagihkan semula atau

melupuskan mereka dengan sewajarnya.

Prizes must be taken, in the forms as presented by IYMC. They are not transferable or exchangeable for

cash and are subjected to the R&Rs and/or T&Cs as determined by IYMC.

Hadiah hendaklah diambil, dalam bentuk sebagaimana yang disampaikan oleh IYMC. Mereka tidak

boleh dipindah milik atau ditukar dengan wang tunai dan tertakluk kepada Rs R & dan / atau Terma &

Syarat yang telah ditetapkan oleh IYMC.

Certificates will be awarded to all runners who have completed the Run and medal will be given to 200

first complete the run.

Sijil akan diberikan kepada semua peserta yang telah menamatkan perlumbaan dan pingat akan

diberikan kepada 200 peserta yang menamatkan larian.

Lucky draw prizes only will be given after submitting the lucky draw ticket.

Hadiah cabutan bertuah akan diserahkan setelah mendapat tiket cabutan bertuah.

11. Safety/Keselamatan

Whilst reasonable precautions will be taken by Innovative Youth Marathon Committee to ensure the

Participants’ safety, the Participant takes part in Innovative Youth Marathon is at his or her own risk. To

the fullest extent permissible by law, none of the Owner, Innovative Youth Marathon Committee, Event

Sponsors or Co-Sponsors will be responsible or held liable for any injuries or death howsoever arising

from training for or during participation in Innovative Youth Marathon. The Participant is strongly

encouraged to consult his or her medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.

Walaupun langkah pencegahan yang sewajarnya akan diambil oleh Jawatankuasa Marathon Belia

Inovatif untuk memastikan keselamatan Peserta, Peserta yang mengambil bahagian dalam Inovatif Belia

Marathon adalah atas risiko mereka sendiri. Setakat yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, tiada

Pemilik, Jawatankuasa Marathon Belia Inovatif, Penaja Acara atau Co-Sponsor akan

bertanggungjawab atau bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kecederaan atau kematian yang timbul

daripada latihan untuk atau semasa penyertaan dalam Inovatif Belia Marathon. Peserta digalakkan

untuk berunding dengan pengamal perubatan beliau sebelum pendaftaran dan sebelum hari perlumbaan

sebenar.

A Participant must stop from the race immediately if required to do so by any member of the official

medical staff, race director, referee and/or security officer.

Peserta mesti berhenti dari perlumbaan dengan segera jika dikehendaki berbuat demikian oleh mana-

mana anggota kakitangan perubatan rasmi, pengarah perlumbaan, pengadil atau pegawai keselamatan.

12. Closing Date for Registration/Tarikh Tutup Pendaftaran

Before 09th September 2016 or when registration is full; whichever is earlier.

Sebelum 9 September 2016 atau apabila pendaftaran penuh; yang mana lebih awal.

In case of any disputes, the decision of the organizer shall be final and conclusive. No appeal or

correspondence will be entertained.
